Just before noon, I was the only customer. Greeted with a smile. Place looked clean. Fridge was fully stocked. Best experience at a subway ever. It happens.

Super chill guy took our order, forget his name but he was chill. Atmosphere was chill but too much white and Grey in my opinion, but what do I know about running a subway. Its just little ol me🤷‍♂️

Fresh bread and crunchy veggies make the sandwiches really hit the spot.
The place is clean and feels relaxed good for a quick lunch.
What really makes it great is Justin.
He’s friendly, remembers what i like, and keeps the line moving fast.
You can tell he cares about both the food and the customers.
Thanks to him, this Subway feels more like your local spot than just another chain.
Definitely worth stopping by!

Went in today for lunch and Francisco and the lady with him did a good job. Veggies and bread looked fresh. He made a great sub quickly while managing a couple of online orders and another guest asking questions from the side.

werent looking for any trouble. We went in and ask if we could get more sauces and the lady name Mari (thats what she said her name was), was talking to a guy, was giving us the sassiest tone and attitude. Like she was saying “i put the sauce in there” slamming her hand aggressively on the table saying “what sauce do you want” and “your receipt says more, more is 4 pumps” grabbing the receipt and aggressively and pointing the receipt showing it to us in a very sassy and annoyed tone. Then she started to talk to the man right next to her in spanish and shaking her head. So we know they were talking shit about us. So instantly my girlfriend ask if we were asking for too much. And she didnt say anything to us. So i repeated the question to her as well, no response. Like we just wanted more sauce and is willing to pay for more if it cost more. Then we said that we were just asking for more sauce and why she was giving us attitude. And they were basically telling us to leave by saying have a nice day. Ask for her name and she said Mari in the most rudest way.
Like i never do reviews but this one, this was absurd. We justing wanted more sauce.

Horrible customer service and veggies look old. Went by to grab a sandwich and Justin was the guy on duty. He saw me walk in and straight up walked to the back having me wait for a few minutes. Then he comes out and says hold on while he finishes a couple text messages to whoever saying “this guy”. Then when he finally decides to get off his phone he looks at me and asks if I’m ready to order like I haven’t been waiting over 5 minutes with no one else in line. I ask if I could have a sandwich with pepperoni salami and turkey and he says no. I ask if I could have the BMT and switch ham for turkey and just get a up charge and he says no once again. I ask him how can I get this sandwich and he responses with “you can do a custom sandwich”. I ask him how much would this be and he says “ I don’t know”. I respond with “well can you ring it up to find out?”. This man rolls his eyes and makes a smirk. He goes rings it up to come up with $15…. I say forget it and let me get the 5 meat sandwich without ham or roast beef (since I noticed it had the meats I wanted)..and he says “are you serious man?” Like he’s upset I made him ring it up in the first place… he then makes my sandwich and at the end says you only saved .50 cents (which I actually saved close to $2 but who’s counting) and I just say thank you and walk away. Clearly customer service isn’t a top priority in this location and with how they treat their products and customers…I would highly recommend fire house sub or Publix subs right across the street.
