This was the worst sandwich we bought to take to Cocoa Beach. I love Subway but this sandwich was fed to the seagulls. 2 footling sandwiches I cannot believe it. I left the beach hungry wishing I went somewhere else. I will no longer order sandwiches near Cocoa Beach. Make sure you don’t make the same mistake. The young kid who made my sandwiches scratch his head with gloves on. He was new and being trained. 🤦🏽♀️ I was so disappointed!!!

Although it seemed slow when I arrived, the veggies were still fresh. I didn't wait long to get acknowledge and assisted. Bread was fresh and great sandwich build. A million times better than the one in East colonial. Employees were professional and not angry at the world.

Very bad service. I asked for my order to eat there and they told me that I had to eat somewhere else after I paid because according to them they were going to clean and it was 9:00 pm and they close at 11:00 pm. The employee has to observe this, since I ate on the bus and I didn't see any kind of movement for the supposed cleaning.

Usually a great experience with the girl who works in the afternoons but today (9/30) I went in at 9pm when they close at 11pm and they told me they had “no bread” and that it was all burnt? Confusing and disappointing.

On 8/28/2024 I ordered three 12", I ordered online and I said I would pick them up at 6:40pm and I arrived at 6:50 and they still didn't have them made, so I called my son who was leaving at 6 to let him know that I would be late to pick it up because they had not placed my order yet, then the woman called Sabiana, oh something like that, started yelling at me and running out of the establishment and telling me that she would give me my refund, I don't know why she was so angry when I was in My reason for bothering me is because for some reason they have online orders, if she is not qualified to do customer service I don't know what she is doing working in a place like that, so next time I will take her out of the store if she comes back to me. to scream like that... DO SOMETHING WITH HER AND GIVE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AND LET her SEE THE ORDERS THAT ARRIVE

The lounge is extremely clean, relaxing with great ace! The ladies that work for the subway are customer friendly even welcoming thanks to Morgan and Saviana!
Healthy options, nice and clean, employees very nice and helpful especially Shalimar she went above and beyond to make sure we have a good visit thank you for everything, I love it ❤️.
With subway online orders, it feels like they always ignore whateveryou said to add extra unless it's paid ingredient like Veggie patty or cheese. This one Subway was okay though. They still didn't get extra Jalapeños extra bell peppers and extra onions as I ordered. But they are very good with stuff you asked to not add. This much cost cutting is not good for long run.
