I webt through the drive thru and asked for a burrito supreme without beans and when i got home sat to eat the burrito had beans. Disappointed but the lady was really nice.

I’m not one to typically show up to a restaurant right before close but tonight I showed up at 2:50 a.m., 10 minutes before this establishment closes. I pulled into the drive through, said hello, and waited for about 4 minutes and had no response. I decided to pull out of the drive through to go inside. As I did this a car full of people, some of which I assume were employees, were giggling at me as they drove off (knowing I wasn’t going to get any food). Through the doors I could see one man by the drive-through register. He shook his head and waved for me to go away. Keep in mind this was all before the restaurants closure time. If I had just received an answer over the intercom from an employee stating the reason they could not have served me I would have understood and been on my way(but really why is the restaurant open till 3 a.m. if they can’t serve till 3 a.m.?Just close at 2:50.). Instead I was ignored and shooed away. I waisted my time at this establishment and will not be returning. I suggest going to the McDonald’s down the street if you want food at 2:50 a.m..

They had a long black curly hair nacho cheese and that did not refund my full meal but only that nacho cheese $2.76 just keep it at that point

This location is absolutely horrible I deliver for uber eats and got here 25 mins before closing to get 2 orders and one was $22 to drive 2 miles that’s such amazing money but they said they’ve been closed and refused to make any orders and I watched 8 other delivery drivers pull up and try to get orders. I drove 20 minutes to get that order and guess what I DONT GET PAID when this happens. It’s the 3rd time at this location that I’ve wasted my gas time and lost money. If you are closed then close your orders. I’m 100% calling corporate after tonight it’s ridiculous

So slow. It would be quicker to go to the nearest publix to buy my own produce, then drive home to make it. This used to be one of the better Bells... Wonder what happened? There isn't even an active cashier to greet you. Very odd

Worst customer service I have ever seen. The guy at the desk was extremely rude, made fun of my card because it declined (gave him the wrong one by accident) and repeatedly denied my request for anything they had available.

Nobody to get your order at front desk, I was waiting there for 10 minute and no one showed up. So I did my order through the quiosk and even this the order came, someone was supposed to call my name but didn’t. It was missing the drink so I was there waiting another 10 minutes to get someone there to ask me what always the issue. Very unprofessional service. Food was not that well prepared as well. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience.
34 sauces and didn’t ask for any. Called and the “manager”, wouldn’t give his name, and he was rude. Said “We’re a franchise, so don’t worry about it”. Then said Bahumbug and hung up on me. This is why everything costs so much nowadays. Won’t go back to this location.

Rating three stars because I freaking LOVE Taco Bell.
Rating it only three stars because I totally understand that we consume microplastics on a daily basis, but biting into my burrito and pulling a two and a half inch piece of plastic out of my mouth is a little concerning. 🫶🏻

This is the worst taco bell I have ever seen, the women who work there work incredibly slowly and simply don't care about the customer. If you work in delivery, do not take orders that come from this place, they do not know how to do their job.
