They are always hiring and I assume always firing too because the quality comes and goes. One day you have a nice, fat crunchwrap and the next you have the skinniest possible excuse of a meal. Can yall actually keep and train your damn employees?
Edit: Here lately, they swapped me and my roommates tickets on our boxes. I cant eat cheese, she does. She cant eat beef, I do. I only noticed about a third of the way through and that couldve been seriously dangerous. Y'all...

The staff weren't rude although they seemed rather disinterested in being there or doing their job. It didn't take long to get our food but the quesadilla I ordered was disgusting. I mean I don't feel like they really took the time to warm it much at all much less any actual cooking done on that little press they have frankly I probably won't be back. In a sea of chicken and burger we were looking for something else. We learned our lesson.

Not a good experience I ordered food the machine was down I waited left while on my break so I got no food and was late because i tried waiting for them to fix things , I thought about ordering online but this store always has someone with an attitude working or a bad attitude advising my students to not eat at this location

They need "Bar Rescue Guy" to save this buildin'!! i've been comin' here since i was young now, 31 & this place is NOT the same service was slow, losy & waited over 30mins. Not managers fault but, her Employees fault makin' other orders way b'4 makin' my simple order: "2 Soft beef Tacos w/ lite lettuce, 1 Doritos Loco beef Taco w/ lite lettuce & a Baja Blast Strawberry Freeze Large Drink".

They're food is always good and fills you up when you need it, but they're service here slacks. With a lobby filled with about 5-7 of us, all waiting for our orders, and they don't make the effort to rush their process to get people's orders out, hot and ready for us to eat and leave. Honestly McDonald's has been able to master it, why can't Taco Bell do the same in high rushes??

Chicken nuggets were great and crispy yet moist inside. Mexican pizza good but expensive for what you get. Tacos lackluster. What has happened to the taco meat flavor they used to have? Last few times here the same flavorless taco meat. That's the reason I loved their tacos for years was the seasonings used in the meat. No cumin flavor at all in these. I don't know if other locations have same change of or lack of spices or just this location.
