“Good food- quick service- and clean eatery. Location is ideal near to the hospital and easy to find; plenty of parking. Staff were welcoming and helpful. As part of my order was dine-in and part to-go (steak quesadillas with chips), it was helpful that they did not package the to-go portion straight away. I would've given 5 stars for this quick and tasty eatery- but unfortunately the to-go part of our order was found to be mucky/soggy due to the packaging.
Otherwise, if dining in for a quick and fresh meal- prepared to your liking, it's a good stop.“

“I have never had bad food at any location. For the party of 5 the food came out fast and the order was correct. The margaritas are nothing to write home about, I will order a beer next time. Not the location's problem, corporate need a better recipe to send out.“

“This Tijuana Flats is run incredibly well! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, but what really stood out was the service and the way the restaurant was managed. The manager Logan was attentive, professional, and constantly checking in with both staff and guests to make sure everything ran smoothly.
It’s nice to see a manager so hands-on and genuinely invested in the customer experience—he kept the energy upbeat, the restaurant spotless, and the team motivated. You could tell everyone respected his leadership.
Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Tijuana Flats. Highly recommend this location!“

“Anastasia is always taken care of us and always does an awesome job. Gavin was the manager who came to check on us and made sure our order was to our satisfaction. Anastasia continued to check on us to make sure we were enjoying our time dining in. I’ve came plenty of times and she always does a great job for me and my daughter. “Just had a great experience at the Tiajuana in Hunt Club and a big reason for that was our interactions with Josh and Alec. We had a large party with young kids and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. On top of that the food was incredible. Thanks so much again Josh and Alec for making our night special.“

“The chicken chimichanga is amazing! It's so large that I took half of it home for lunch the next day. They have a hot bar with tons of sauces. The restaurant is welcoming, and there is a fun mural painted on the wall. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You can't go wrong going to Tijuana Flats.“

“I visit the Tijuana Flats Longwood every Tuesday. Most of the time I am very satisfied with my order. Today I was not! Tacos were cold, Just about no cheese, no jalapeño peppers as ordered plus received jalapeño sauce instead of the habanero sauce I ordered. To top it off ordered queso and did not receive it. No more curbside pick up for me. I will now walk into restaurant and check my entire order before I leave. Very disappointed and my not leave a tip next time. Appeared to be totally confused today. Also no receipt so could not do survey.“

“Every single time I come here they seem to be under staffed and the person ringing up the food is also bagging up all the to-go’s and it’s 2024 everyone is getting food to go. I always wait in line to even order for more than 10 minutes watching the worker bag up food it’s very frustrating. The workers work very hard it’s not their fault just get more employees please!“

“I probably shouldn't be writing this review, because once the Taco Tuesday crowd flocks there, they'll ruin it. This is NOT your typical expert gringo (EG) taco place. They do not have pineapple tacos or banana acai quesadillas. They have good authentic Mexican food cooked by Mexican amacasa looking women. The same ones have been there for at least 2 years. Some of this food EGs have never heard of. Like mojarra (fried fish) and menudo (stomach lining stew). The latter is particularly favored by Mexicans enjoying Sunday morning hangovers. If you're looking for mariachis or Cinco de Mayo celebrations, don't go there.“
“These tacos are sooo good!!! They came to my job for associate appreciation week and I really enjoyed my two tacos. Both were perfecto! Shredded pork and chicken. I ate the shredding pork one so I only have a picture of the chicken one! The chicken is super crunchy! THANK YOU FOR COMING TO MY JOB!
