An appetizer, piece of cheesecake, and a soft drink cost me $40. Never offered a refill even in the $5 drink. Asked for one on my way out and was given a children's cup. Never again.

Food choices are good but service is extremely slow.
Like always great food and atmosphere. Server was incredible even with our bigger than normal group. Perhaps that was the reason food took a while to make it to our table but still recommend and still will be going.

Sadly, not the dining experience from yesteryear. Food quality is now below average. I'm not sure why they would resort to powdered cheese sauce for pretzel bites. Texmex Eggrolls tasted like they were from frozen section at Costco, as well as the cheesecake. Sorry never again.
Love the daytime bartender!
Our waiter was great and very attentive. One of our party had some issues with an entree but he was quick to take care of it.We travel over an hour to eat here for special occasions and love the food!
I was last here 3 years ago and had to revisit as family wanted to come. Quality was bad then and still is now. The bread tasted like it was warned in a microwave. Montecristo sandwich was a soggy mess. Coated with corn flakes? Bad choice chef. My chicken dish was tiny and the mashed potatoes were 50% butter. Prices are ridiculously high for cheap tasting food. The AC is freezing which made the food even colder. Server was very kind and attentive but overall this restaurant is simply overrated. Whole family decided to not return.

We visited the Cheesecake factory after a decade, visiting again from the UK to celebrate an anniversary. Our server was amazing. I believe her name was Shaila and she said she was new but she was amazing. The food was also amazing. On the way out we purchased two slices of cheesecake and the service by Maria was terrible. There was no greeting or acknowledgement we were there even though she was serving NO ONE ELSE. She was not friendly or cordial taking the order. She gave us the smallest piece of the keylime cheesecake and when we asked her for anothet piece said she changed it to the one we asked , which she didn't. We watched and waited patiently as she served another customer before giving us our order however she took our payment in full and then proceeded to assisting the next customer, who by the way had a huge order , giving her her cheesecakes before giving us our two slices of cheesecakes we paid for before the next customer was attended to ahead of us. Our experience was completely marred by this person Maria sadly, if that was her real name as she was not only unfriendly but also blatantly lied to us about executing our humble request regarding the very small slice of cheesecake she gave us , at nearly $12 each slice we didn't think it was a lot to ask ! We doubt we will return to the cheesecake counter if she is serving again. She has zero interpersonal skills . Very sad. Other than that Shaila saved the day. Thank you so much Shaila. Cheesecake factory please hang on to Shaila she was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Exceptional service by Shaila.
I generally like to eat here, but sitting in the back is less than ideal. More like servers spot. I have ordered Tuscan Chicken probably 20 times. Tonight the chicken was tough without flavor. It was not cooked or marinated with the sauce. Our server said he would report, but we didn’t hear back. The bill was high, next time I’ll insist on return. That probably won’t be for a long time.

Beginning with the rudeness of the check-m staff. I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. Iâm not sure how it happened, but I was served what can only be described as âaxle foodââcompletely inedible, tough, and possibly meant for a machine rather than a human. The dish was under cooked (if it was even cooked at all), flavorless, and had the texture of something that belonged in a scrapyard. To make matters worse, the service was slow, and when I brought up my concerns, the staff seemed indifferent. They (Manger) didnât even offer a replacement or apology! For the prices they charge, I expected way better. I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone unless youâre a car looking for a spare part. 1/5 starsâwould give zero if I could.
The server was funny and pleasant, good was great as always
