Love the daytime bartender!

Our waiter was great and very attentive. One of our party had some issues with an entree but he was quick to take care of it.We travel over an hour to eat here for special occasions and love the food!

I was last here 3 years ago and had to revisit as family wanted to come. Quality was bad then and still is now. The bread tasted like it was warned in a microwave. Montecristo sandwich was a soggy mess. Coated with corn flakes? Bad choice chef. My chicken dish was tiny and the mashed potatoes were 50% butter. Prices are ridiculously high for cheap tasting food. The AC is freezing which made the food even colder. Server was very kind and attentive but overall this restaurant is simply overrated. Whole family decided to not return.

I generally like to eat here, but sitting in the back is less than ideal. More like servers spot. I have ordered Tuscan Chicken probably 20 times. Tonight the chicken was tough without flavor. It was not cooked or marinated with the sauce. Our server said he would report, but we didn’t hear back. The bill was high, next time I’ll insist on return. That probably won’t be for a long time.

I always eat here all the time is good. Today was so pathetic we ordered so much food and somethings were good and some were not but our server was not great either. This was Cajun salmon so oily it made me so nauseous. I’m so disappointed.

While it’s pretty busy the Sunday before Christmas, it shouldn’t take 25 mins for drinks and bread to hit the table. Drinks were not adequately refilled. Food was pretty good and server was very kind. They just seemingly needed either more people or a faster process. We will be back.

I usually enjoy dining at The Cheesecake Factory, but my recent visit was incredibly disappointing due to the behavior of the manager, Josh. He was unprofessional and outright rude, yelling at customers over minor issues. The way he handled the situation created a tense and unpleasant atmosphere for everyone.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a service-oriented industry, I am disappointed.

Had a small issue at pick up with an item that was out of stock. Josh came out and handled it so well that I was blown away. I can’t thank Josh enough for his help and dedication and professionalism! Thanks also to Maria who caught the problem and alerted Josh!

It’s unfortunate but this place used to be great. I don’t know what happened to it. The quality of food went down really bad
