The assistant Managar Jacob made me feel very uncomfortable during my time there. I think he was trying to flirt with me, despite my blatantly uncomfortable body language. He eventually got bored and moved on down the bar, but he made me feel unwelcome the rest of my time here. I will not be returning to this bar ever again.

Great place to hang out, have been there for open mic and local band shows. Everybody's chill and bartenders are great, open mic hosts are great. Heard they're moving to a new location, can't wait to check it out!

Place is pretty damned cool. They have allot of new material and allot good oldies too. The clerk was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Great place to take my kids and get them involved and interested in comics!

Fun place but too many creeps around. Place would be alot better with security/bouncer that can filter them out FOR GOOD when women come to have fun instead of being stalked or harrassed. I had 2 incidents within the same night on Cosplay Karaoke Night 3 men kept being rude, touchy, and not letting me leave even when I outright rejected them and told them I'm not interested 4 times. One of them tried selling weed to one friend of one of the locals I was talking to out by the entrance and he and his other friend kept persisting asking if I'm "free for the night" even if I kept telling them both I'm not interested and to leave me alone but they kept harrassing. For more information on being wary of this guy with a track record of harrassing and trying to sell weed: he has dreads, is african american, and both him and his friend have a jamaican accent.It was only until other male locals/good acquaintances of the bar actually stepped in to help get me away from those predators.

Great atmosphere, fun events and cool staff make this a great place to go! Be it for Karaoke night, open mic, or a DJ or performer event, it's usually fun and they've got reasonable prices on everything.

Place isn't a full bar like the description claims, limited bar with beer and a few cocktail options. Would've gave it five stars if it was, great place to meet people after a binge of video games or something rather..

My first ever time coming to this location and it was cosplay night. I loved seeing all the fabulous costumes and the drink I was made was very lovely. I was a bit disappointed to see the arcade machines were off and kinda shoved in a corner. It was very much a rave so I really couldn't make any small talk aside from saying "I love your outfit" at the top of my lungs. Overall this space was far too small for what it was trying to accomplish. I feel as though if I were to come again on a themed night that I would have had a better time if I knew more people.

Only thing missing are Super Smash Bros stations. Everything else is stellar! Missing Tenth Level Tavern in Fort Lauderdale FL. Regularly busy with people playing Smash mon-sunday so always an easy place to meet people and or game in addition to karaoke and other events. More importantly still super thankful to have geek easy!

Amazing experience at this place! Great atmosphere everyone respectful and fun and the creativity in there was enough to blow your mind and inspire! Highly recommend this if you enjoy whimsy and fun! Will be returning as much as possible!
Fun geek hangout spot with interesting events every now and then.Atmosphere:10/10: Very fun and eclectic decor with good lighting. Decent sound. Friendly patrons, for the most part.Space:6/10: It would help if they merged the narrow entry room into the main floor, especially for events when people are packed. The main space doesn't accommodate larger groups (>4 people) well at all.Parking is rough in event nights. Expect to park in a different lot if it's a big event.Drinks:8/10: Interesting selection of ales and meads, plus mixed drinks. $-$$. Service is good but slow.Also, they stopped serving food. :(

This review is based on my recent Monday night experiences. I've gone on other nights and had a good time, but Monday night karaoke has really gone down hill. The new DJ does not do any kind of rotation so you end up watching the same people sing multiple times in a row. I've always signed up a new song after I sing, but I figured out that wasn't going to work as I watched one guy sing three songs in between my two, two of them he did back to back.The new bartenders are very nice and part of the reason this review is two stars, but I feel bad that they weren't properly trained. I tried to ask about a beer on tap last night, and the bartender could tell me nothing except that it was a "dark beer." Some of them also don't know the cocktails or even know what bottle is what liquor. This isn't their fault, and geekeasy should train someone before leaving them alone.They also seem to be perpetually out of a lot of stuff. I asked for four different can drinks before the bartender just brought me something they did have. Its a chalkboard. You can mark it off if its gone. Geekeasy also took all their prices down and raised them. If you have to raise prices, that's fine, but be transparent about it.I have a weird work schedule, so I've enjoyed going to Monday karaoke on and off for a year now, but I'm not sure if I'll be back.

First time here for the Kaiju core event and it was amazing!!! Loved everything. The only reason for taking away one star is because for me and all of my friends drinks it seemed really watered down with not a hint of alcohol. Even the shots were unusually watered down. It’s not a shot if it tastes like water with a drop of alcohol. I’m not a drinker and I was shocked it tasted so watery. But either way I was there for the event not the drinks. I’ll just not get any next time!

This place is soooooooooo freaking awesome. The vibe of the bar was amazing, the decor is on point, and the bartenders were out of this world. They have a lot of unique drinks too. If your a bit nerdy or just want a chill place to hang you should definitely check it out!!!
