Take it from him (and me); you can’t go wrong with the ham and cheese croissant. It’s flaky, it’s cheesy, and it’s everything a brunch dream is made of.Now, let’s talk espresso – or maybe let’s not. It seems my quest for the perfect dry cappuccino with that oh-so-elusive extra foam continues, as each attempt mysteriously transforms into a cafe latte. Magic or mishap? I’ll leave that mystery unsolved, as I’ve decided to stick to the safer shores of their non-espresso offerings on future visits.But hey, don’t let a little latte dissuade you. The Glass Knife is still a cut above the rest for a delectable brunch or a sweet treat. Trey and the team make sure of that! If you’re looking for a dessert, a refreshing drink, or a doughnut, this is your place! The doughnuts were so delicious and giant but surprisingly not overly sweet. The cookie was amazing! The drinks were absolutely lovely. Recommend trying this cafe!

I love everything about this place. It's my go to spot for dessert and brunch. The Onyx is so great as a pastry and the cheddar biscuit sandwich is so unique and delicious. The meta I think is to get it as "Just the sandwich" and then get a dessert but that's just me.
