Brooklyn Water Bagel

Normally have no issues at this location. Like getting their bagel sandwiches. However, today I tried to order on UberEate and was brought a DoorDash order. Fault on multiple people. I called and was told it was a third-party issue when the staff should've been able to identify what orders leave the store.

I’ve been coming to Brooklyn Bagels regularly for a couple years now. I know the staff, I’m friendly, I tip, and I genuinely like the place — which is why this is frustrating to write.
The issue isn’t one bad order, it’s consistency.
Yesterday my bagel wasn’t cut, barely toasted, and had cold butter. I brought it back (first time I’ve ever had to do that), and they fixed it.
Today I get this — over-buttered, uneven, still not properly toasted, and honestly just sloppy.
This isn’t a complicated product. It’s a bagel. Cut it, toast it, butter it, serve it hot. That should be the easiest thing to get right every time.
When you’re a regular customer, you’re not expecting perfection — just consistency. Right now, that’s missing.

I’m not writing this to bash the place, but because I know they can do better than what’s been coming out lately.

Update DoorDash and Uber Eats to allow consumers to add multiple of 1 bagel flavor when purchasing the bulk option.

Currently if you choose a bulk option of 6-12 bagels you have to choose 6-12 different flavors and doesn’t allow to choose 2+ of the same flavor if wanted.
The way it’s set up limits people to either purchase a flavor they don’t want or not be able to purchase the bulk option which in store I would be able to get 6-12 of all the same flavor if I wanted.

Tell your employees that if they don't want to work they don't need to be there. Or if they are handing out orders be the same with everyone. Waited way to long watched as the guy hands everyone else their food then gets to me puts it on the rack and points to it.

I tried to order on the app and it said the item was no longer available. Oh the horror of thinking they didn't have taylor ham! Lol! My favorite! So I went inside and to my delight they did have it! However, when I walked in the heat was on so high it was suffocating. I ordered the Jersey Boy to go. Got to my vehicle where my husband was waiting for me. We were sharing the sandwich. Now he is from New Jersey but he is a pretty good sport about pork roll in the south. He usually really likes this place but holy cow....the pork roll was so over cooked it was like leather! You couldn't even bite it! Whoever made this had to have known this was not right! The entire sandwich went right into the garbage. Awful! And a waste of my hard earned $10. Won't be going back anytime soon. 👎

Bagels are 🔥 here, Just like back home!

They now have GLUTEN FREE BAGELS which made my day! Also, their iced coffee with the coffee-cubes to keep it cold is the best!

Ordered A bagel with vegetable cream, cheese, tomato, onion, and bacon And received a sausage, egg and cheese bagel… Which is not very good. Then when I go to call to let them know, no one answers the phone

Gotta be from NY to like this place. Food tastes like the aluminum pans they bake it in and has ZERO seasoning. Eggs obviously pan baked/fried in water and wrap was the color of used toilet paper. Also pretty sure nothing in there is clean.
Coffee was okay.

Chicken,egg, and cheese bagel was dissapointing. Really poor quality frozen breaded chicken patty. Hash browns very greasy. Asiago bagel was nothing special. The eggs seemed like powdered egg. It was not real egg. My wife and I spent more than $30. I would expect real food for the money.
I find it curious that they make such a big deal about and showcase their water treatment system. ALL of the water filters in their system are on full display and expired by more than a year!

Cancelled my order while I was on the way to pick it up so I drove 30 minutes for nothing! What a waste of time

I love everything about Brooklyn water bagel. The coffee is great. The bagels are amazing and the water divine!
