Gennie was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She made the experience so much better than it already was. Obviously food and drinks were amazing. The ranch is the best ranch I’ve ever had! (Also, Gennies real name is actually Maritza. I changed her name for her because she forgot her own name for a minute 🤣 (not really but yeah it was great and so is she.)

I just want to take a moment to share a little story about the level of service here. About five months ago we had a networking event. At some point during the evening I made the bold professional decision to get aggressively over-served and eventually tipped over like a folding chair. Before I even hit the floor, Scott was there. The man scooped me up with those broad, heroic shoulders like this was a firefighter training exercise. Next thing I know I’m being carried off to a private area where he calmly starts an IV drip because—apparently—he could tell I was about 90% dehydration and 10% bad decisions. Once I was back to semi-functional human status, he personally drove me the full 45 minutes to my house. When we got there… my house was on fire. Without hesitation, Scott sprints inside like an action movie stunt double and rescues the baby I had (very responsibly) left home while I went day drinking. Long story short: Scott and the team at The Porch go above and beyond. You come for the networking… but you stay for the emergency medical care, heroic rescue operations, and elite-level customer service. Never once let me down. 10/10. ⭐️

Our visit to The Porch was both our first and last experience at this establishment. From the dimly lit parking lot to the overwhelming noise inside, it was clear we were in for a disappointing evening. The hostess struggled to accommodate our party of five, suggesting a four-seat table with an extra chair, which set the tone for the night. Although we were seated at a high-top booth, the noise level made conversation nearly impossible. Our server was infrequent in her visits, only taking our drink order and delivering drinks separately, seemingly unable to carry all five glasses at once. A young gentleman brought out our food, and while our server promised to check on us, she was largely absent, only reappearing when a member of our party sought drink refills. This prompted an awkward moment as she seemed displeased with the male server for assisting us. Throughout the evening, we noticed her socializing and drinking with other tables, which further detracted from our experience. When she finally delivered the check, it was done with a lack of care, and I had to approach her to settle the bill, only to see her return to her socializing. In my view, this place should be labeled a sports bar rather than a restaurant, as the quality of the meals and service did not meet the expectations associated with dining establishments
Excellent happy hour, great vibe, great music. I'm craving more of this place.

Seriously, go somewhere else if you are seeking attention and quality. How they totally obliterate my piece of fish that way is out of my scope of understanding.
