Went into The Spice & Tea Exchange in Winter Park I’ve been to the one in St. Augustine but the staff in the Winter Park location are friendly knowledgeable and so helpful. Ended up not getting any spices BUT I did get some lavender lemonade and ? I need this lemonade in my life daily. They will even customize a tea or lemonade for you. I’m sad that I don’t live closer to them. I’ll be back for some spices and lemonade.

Amazing selection and friendly staff, however very clear that the associates are under extreme pressure to sell. Would have stayed longer to browse and potentially purchase more, but the constant pressure from staff to sample from the moment we walked in was overwhelming, and ultimately made us want to leave prior to exploring more of what they have to offer.

My cousin and I went The Spice and Tea Exchange to check out their products. I've been to the store in Mount Dora, but never purchased their teas. My cousin and I brought some loose teas and we were so glad we did. I brought the comfort tea, and tried it when I got home. It was delicious. No need to add any sweetners. This tea has a robust of different flavors; cinnamon, orange, clove, and other spices. Aurora Blue, Blood Orange Smoothie, and Mango Tango herbal teas are delicious and relaxing. They were expensive for a one ounce tin container, but worth every cent. I purchased the igenuiTea tea maker for the first time and loved it. I will most definitely purchase more tea in the future.

Went in yesterday and had a great time. Cassie was very informative and helped me and my boyfriend find what we needed. Her and I talk about recipes and different products we used and she was very pleasant. Will be back!

This store is heaven for your nose! I visited the Spice & Tea Exchange this weekend for the first time and will definitely be coming back soon. Stephanie was an amazing, super knowledgeable help to navigate the store and make it seem less overwhelming. There are so many eclectic options of spices, teas, salts, rices that you could not find anywhere else. Highly recommend stopping in on your next walk down Park!

The place is really nice and smells amazing. The employees were very nice but also VERY pushy. I felt like I didn’t have a moment to look at things for even a moment without being approached about some product. I ended up getting a ready made beverage but it was lackluster with not a lot of flavor. Their prices are also a little high in my opinion.

Shopping at this store is total luxury. The quality of the teas and the spices are top notch. I purchased a beautiful cast iron tea pot for my spouse and its a high quality product. The staff were helpful and kind. I would shop at this store again.
I was excited about coming to visit this place and sadly I was disappointed. The workers have not offered to help me whatsoever, walked by me like I was invisible. I guess cause I wasn’t white. Never again

The quality of the ingredients for their teas, spices, sugars, salts, and assorted others never miss the mark! I am especially in love with the Florida Sunshine (I think that’s its name) salt blend. The mix of citrus flavours with the Himalayan salt is absolutely wonderful for stir-frys, steak, chicken, soups, and just about any dish that requires salt!The staff at this location are very helpful and friendly, always willing to help walk you through the different sections of the store, and to help you nail down *just* the right ingredients for your next five-star dish!Five-star baseline for this review due to the outstanding qualities of this store!
