As a 40-year-old woman I came here with forgetting my ID, my babysitter sent me a picture. I try to use it, and they still turn it down even though they can still scan it and clearly see it as me. I take it as a compliment that they think that I am young, but these people are obvious judgmental against my age and the way I look, some young man with short brown hair was not very kind and providing customer service. Do not recommend!

I come with my bestie all the time, I like that we can walk around and try multiple wines. The only down side is seating we usually get stuck standing or being stuck in-between people.

However, the bottle of wine chosen for me was difficult to open. Disappointed I am. Spent money for a regretful experience.

Kevin,Kevin,Kevin!!!!! Mr. Kevin was an absolute blast to tour the wines with. His enthusiasm and kind spirit made our first time exceptional good. Tried some wines at his recommendation and they were phenomenal! The young man at the bar, clark i believe was also incredibly kind and attentive. 5 out of 5 will definitely be back!

Fantastic venue but they can’t replace the AC for the life of themselves…what kind of establishment promotes a calm and welcoming environment to enjoy yourself with wine without being comfortable about the temperature around you? I probably come to The Wine Room once every two months but would be more inclined to come weekly if they actually had the AC working…like EVERY OTHER BAR in the area. Please fix this ASAP so I don’t have any doubt about returning. Thank you!
