My family went to wine room tonight because they came in from all different points of the country. My sister drove from south Florida this morning (4 hours) to spend time with all of us together - we had no idea about the 21+ rule after 8pm. And I understand that a rule is a rule, but the security guard who sat on his high horse at the table in front decided to degrade her for not being aware of the rule (she is 20) and yelled at her for not knowing about this regulation. Again, I understand completely that this is a regulation that is enforced by the restaurant - but to make a girl who wanted to spend time with her family (she isn’t even from the Orlando area) feel like an idiot for not being fully informed is not okay. There is a polite way for someone to convey this information. My family also arrived prior to me getting there and he initially tried to deny me entry because they were full even though I already had a party there. I don’t tolerate this kind of disrespect from anyone. This isn’t about how he didn’t make an exception, it’s about how he outwardly tried to treat my sister like trash in front of our family and other bystanders.

Fun place to try lots of different wines! My favorite snack was their blue cheese kettle chips. We drove all the way here just for the chips and to enjoy some wine. So sad to hear they discontinued the chips. Please bring them back!!!!!

Always my favorite place to go!!! The best wine options and I love the different sizes available on their pours. Always fresh wine since it's using a coravin wine system (wine on tap). Their food menu is also pretty robust for a wine focused place; enjoyed the food here.
I love the ability to try all sorts of wines without buying a whole botte. Get there early so you can find a seat.

Love this place!!! Great variety of a lot of different wines for every palette. Love the chill ambiance. It does get really busy during the weekends, making seating a bit limited. But we didn't have an issue. They do run specials that are worth taking advantage of.

Great concept and lots of fun. Just beware if you are in a large group, order food and glasses of wine from wait staff. It gets very busy and can be challenging for the wait staff as our party of eight were over charged due to asking for separate checks. It seems as though the tabulation process needs some updating. We will return and remember to pay closer attention to the charges.

We had a wonderful experience with our server Jor! She was very attentive and polite. I was a little disappointed that the kitchen felt it acceptable to send out purchasers board with everything falling off the board, sauces dripping off the side. Jor saw it and immediately took it back to get fixed for us. As someone in the service industry I really appreciate this. If you go to wine room, ask for Jor!
