Cashier brought food to table and the taco brushed up against her hand. She said sorry then walked off. Pretty gross, and I didn't want to send it back because who knows what could happen at that point. Management please train your employees that if they accidentally touch the food in bringing it to the table you should offer to go get another item.

TJ's is our go to for a fast mexican place while in Florida, whether that be here in Winter Park or down near Tampa.
I won't lie, I come here for the hot sauce bar, as they usually have new (to someone that visits once or twice a year) options. You can also buy the bottles from them directly.

I’m done with this location. Two times in a row they’ve gotten my to-go orders wrong. The second time, I knew to check while I was still in the parking lot. Out of three Dos Tacos orders, two had incorrect toppings. And they didn’t place the orders in the right boxes so it was next to impossible for the counter worker to understand what needed to be corrected. Also, no apology for the hassle. This isn’t the level of service I’ve come to expect from TFlats.

My daughter and son in law had the chicken and shrimp bowls on Saturday and had stomach issues.
Always slaps
Stopped going to the one in Casselberry in favor of this one. I haven’t been disappointed so far! Always good!
Ordered 1 item and evidently the cook did not read the ticket. Instead of light beans, my burrito was swimming in black bean soup to the point it was running down my forearms.
Very disappointing and not a good dining value. For the same amount of money there are several other choices in the same shopping center.
Other than the Taco Tuesday special I do not intend to eat here anymore and will delete the Tijuana Flats app once I've redeemed existing points. The brand has been in decline for a couple years now so presumably upper management is oblivious to what their franchisees need to improve operations.

No issues with service. Food was very bad. Banging Chicken Burrito was devoid of the 'Bangin' sauce that chicken is normally slathered with. Wife's flautas were drowning in grease, well beyond the norm at other locations.

Good food- quick service- and clean eatery. Location is ideal near to the hospital and easy to find; plenty of parking. Staff were welcoming and helpful. As part of my order was dine-in and part to-go (steak quesadillas with chips), it was helpful that they did not package the to-go portion straight away. I would've given 5 stars for this quick and tasty eatery- but unfortunately the to-go part of our order was found to be mucky/soggy due to the packaging.
Otherwise, if dining in for a quick and fresh meal- prepared to your liking, it's a good stop.

The Cilantro lime rice is horrible, rice is hard, crunchy under cooked, doesn’t taste anywhere near the flavors it’s supposed be. I couldn’t eat it. The beans were good,

Amazing deals on certain days. Lots of spicy or sweet sauce options. Fast service. Very chill and slightly trendy atmosphere.
Good food, very quick and good staff.
Hair literally cooked into the food in our catering order. Gross.
