Great food and great service, cashier actually asked me if my food was good and if I needed a refill which she happily got for me. First time experience and I have to say the food was good, could add a little more steak to the burrito considering the price, but overall it was good. I think I would get the nachos next time. They have a hot sauce bar and they can put different cheese sauce on your burrito if you like or chimichanga. Overall a little pricy with drink around $17 for a steak burrito with white cheese sauce and chips and drink. I would expect it to be around $15 with tax for the amount of steak I got, but like I said the food was good.

The food is great, but the service lacks. I've ordered takeout from there a few times, and twice in the last month they have forgotten something from our order. I know mistakes happen, but for it to happen twice in a month tells me there's a need for improvement.

This particular Tijuana Flats is located in the Winter Park Corners shopping plaza on Aloma Avenue, so it is a convenient location with plenty of parking.While Tijuana Flats is not the most authentic Mexican restaurant, Tijuana Flats is a pretty solid (though Americanized) fast casual restaurant to offer a quick and decently priced meal.The service here was friendly and I enjoyed my trip to the hot sauce bar to compliment my burrito.Tijuana Flats is also a hometown success story, as it began here in the Orlando, Florida area. In fact, the first location opened here in Winter Park, Florida back in 1995. It has since grown to well over a hundred locations.The food is good and all in all, Tijuana Flats is a great chain. This location offered me a positive experience, as did the handful of other locations that I have been to. I would definitely recommend this particular location of Tijuana Flats and I will give it five stars overall. If you find yourself in the area and craving an Americanized version of Mexican in a fast casual setting, head over to this Tijuana Flats.

Tijuana Flats is a go to place for great food.I've been to well over 24 locations in Central Florida, from Sanford to Tampa. Clermont to Lutz.NEVER have I had a problem with service or a meal. They have Great Tacos and Hot Bar.
Beware if you Uber eats. Please add in salsas. They will not come automatically with foods you would assume that they would. ( chips with no salsa?) Even Taco Bell gives out salsas.

They just can't get it right. Coming every now and then here and there, each visit had an issue. Order not filled accurately, missing queso that was paid extra for, not getting enough chips, food luke warm (arriving 10mins early for the pickup fyi), and items missing entirely, enough is enough. Over a year or so at this location, I've given plenty of chances and almost all these issues were communicated to with the staff. Look for a different location, this one just sucks.

The food here is consistently terrible. I haven’t gotten a correct order in over a year and I’m tired of it. Not to mention that whenever you do get your food, it’s been sitting out on the counter so long that it’s cold and soggy. If I wanted garbage Taco Bell, I’d go to Taco Bell. The manager suggests I place my order when I’m closer to the store, but that’s completely irrelevant when I arrive ten minutes before my scheduled pickup time and my food had already been sitting out for 10 minutes. Why is it my responsibility to account for this? Maybe, I don’t know, don’t make an order 30 minutes before it’s supposed to be picked up? Crazy, right?

Great customer service, the food was good and the ambiance was nice.We ordered the Dueling Queso appetizer which was delicious. We love this appetizer because I like the white queso and my husband enjoys the yellow queso. This gives us both options.We also had the cheesy steak flautas which were great. They give you a lot of food so we packed our leftovers and ate them the next day.Will definitely visit this location when I’m in the area. It’s located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. It’s clean and as mentioned customer service was great. Friendly Professional staff.
