I went inside to pick up my Togo order.
Which now they placed to go orders behind the counter. The girl that was making smoothies I told her I was there to pick up my to go order. She didn’t say a word looked at me looked away. I waited and waited.
She finally gave it to me and never said a word. I don’t think she needs to be in Customer Service. Sure, hope her Friday gets better.

Amazing customer service
Came in for an açaà bowl with Nutella but when approaching counter, a dark skin male guy told us we don’t have anymore acai , when clearly I see dragon fruit bowls being made and açaà bowl ready to go. The worker looked behind and said oh no more acai.. we left cause even if we did argue, I guarantee u the worker there won’t give u the right portion when they are lazy. Fire that dude. Straight up no customer service , just straight lazy and don’t want to work.

Had their bowl for the first time and went with the Peanut Butter Protein crunch. Great decision and had the kale apple slaw as a side also. Their smoothies are usually great and this location does disappoint. Staff could have more friendly faces to give that warm environment

The usual Tropical Smoothie location. But they really cheap on quantity for the bowls. Other locations give a better portion.

Nya’s attitude was absolutely disgusting when I came here. I left without a smoothie, because I will absolutely not spent my money where service is bad.

I ordered on uber eats on 9/19 of 3 items, aci bowl, peanut butter flatbread and a chicken wrap. When i placed my order i put specific instructions on the app stating how i did not want pineapple due to me being very allergic and replaced it for banana and also requested no honey due to me not enjoying it. I also saw honey was listed as something they put on the flat bread aswell and also requested no honey on there. When i received my order it looked like no one had read my requests on changing those items on my food. Show uber eats the mess ups and they told me there was nothing wrong which i found to be more upsetting when u see the flatbread drenched in honey. so then i called you guys bc im very upset due to not being able to eat my breakfast. I called the store being very polite stating that my food was messed up and i would like a refund due to paying 32 dollars for food i couldn’t even eat. The manager sounded disstressed already answering the phone. i told them what happened and the manager snapped immediately stating they were the only manger and worker there so it’s not his fault and it was ubers. i stated that uber did not make my food, he did. He went on to get an attitude stating uber made the mistake getting the wrong order, i then was in the middle of speaking abt how it was the workers fault bc they were the one to make my food and the manager hung up the phone on me while i was mid conversation. I called back and demanded my refund because at this point i didn’t even get an explanation on why i can’t get a refund on my end bc the worker was the one who messed up my food. For being the manager they were very rude and quick to blame everyone else. I would like a refund due to that being 32 dollars of my food gone. I would never come back here again or be spoken to by a person who has no respect for customers.

There was a young boy who assisted me and my grandsons after i picked him up from his school. He made our smoothies very well and chatted it up with us the whole time. He was a young highschool boy named Kaelan and I let him know he did a great job. Me and my grandson will be back again and hopefully we get the same 10/10 amazing service that Kaelen gave us!

Came for a simple smoothie. It was not busy when I was there. It got busy after I had already Ordered my drink. Everyone that was after me got their food and drinks and I was still waiting there. When I asked Mya one of the servers and another girl were rude about it so I just asked for my refund. Every other time I been here. Never had a problem.
This particular Tropical Smoothie Cafe is just annoyingly bad. It’s not 9pm, but i can’t get an acai bowl. They’re literally already premade, you just add the extra ingredients, which are fruits & that was too much for the lazy female up front on May 17, 2025 at 8:45pm. Than there was another day i had come in & ordered my regular açaà bowl… there was literally 1/3 of açaà than what should/usually is in the bowls. Never got a worst bowl from any other store.
Men this is crazy how the guys I was working and making smoothies w a bad attitude throw all the equipment and no one said anything to him today at 1:31pm! They need to fired him asap I left the store after I saw him doing that. They making money I told you that becouse him!
Four people just milling around working as if there aren’t people waiting at the register to order. Took 5 minutes to get someone to talk to me and then another 10 for someone to prioritize my order vs the uber eats and online orders they hard. Also a staff members girlfriend was in there having trouble paying with their card so a squabble ensued which took up a majority of that time. To think I even hit 20% on the tip. Not coming back here
