There was a young boy who assisted me and my grandsons after i picked him up from his school. He made our smoothies very well and chatted it up with us the whole time. He was a young highschool boy named Kaelan and I let him know he did a great job. Me and my grandson will be back again and hopefully we get the same 10/10 amazing service that Kaelen gave us!
Everyone was great I can’t just name 1 person but everyone on shift at 3:00 on 11/21/24. I just moved here from Miami so this is definitely the tropical smoothie I’ll be coming to from now on.
I really like this location of Tropical Smoothie, and I find that the employees are super helpful and friendly. G.M. Indie was super helpful a few days ago, I had an issue with my order through the app. I ordered on the tropical smoothie app, but when it was delivered it was missing half the order.
