Worst customer service from all the twistee treat that I had tried before, the ice cream was made in the same way that the customers are treated, we even pay for things that we didn’t get :(

It took forever to get our ice cream and when we ordered in the drive thru they had to take our order again at the window. Nobody got their order at the same time.

I took my kids yesterday around 4pm and order two LG cone chocolate and one Med choconilla. The two girl were rude when I was paying her and when they were given me the ice cream. When I got them all 3 of them small size and when I ask her why did the all look the same size, she give me the evil stare and told me that LG was compacted in the cone. I have been taking my kids there for more than 6 years this is completely and utterly unacceptable. I would love to talk to the manager and/or owner of this twistee.

I have been coming to this ice cream parlor for a long time and for the first time someone has very bad service, their attitude is pedantic and rude. People like that should not work in customer service. I went on Sunday, October 13 at 2:45 pm
Always bring the kiddos here for a sweet treat on the go or to sit down and enjoy.
