Viet-Nomz Winter Park

Called to confirm my order placed via UberEats order for 6 Spicy Noms. The lady informed me that they would only be willing to give me 3. I asked if I could pay for additional she informed me that I’d have to go to the store in person. I asked if I could pay for 2 drinks over the app & instead of them giving the drinks they could just provide the sauce. She informed me that I couldn’t do that & had to come to the store only. I asked to speak to a manger, she told me there isn’t a manager that could speak with me. She talked to another girl & explained the reason for my call & I heard the other girl say “make sure you don’t give him the sauce”. This sucks tbh been ordering 2 bowls everyday for the past month for me and my wife, yet we are only limited to 3 sauces despite spending $50+ per order. Guess I’ll have to find a new restaurant to order from since they can’t provide extra sauce, maybe Panda Express?

I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. We went far out of our way to try them and we thought the pho was some of the worst we’d ever had. I will stick to following the reviews of the Orlando Asian Foodies FB group, they give excellent recommendations. I guess that’s why this place has never been mentioned there.

Omg!! I went in today because I was craving pho for so long and today my expectations were Exceeded. Great portion and it was sooo delicious!! Kiana was wonderful, customer service was 10/10. I will be return soon! Definitely bring people with me.

The chicken and tofu Pho is unbelievably delishess and the fried tofu bites are out of this world. You will be left satisfied and happy! Really good food here!

Best damn pho around!!! Their chicken broth has a sweetness to it. When you ask for extra protein, they provide!!! Highly recommend their pho as well as their summer rolls! The peanut sauce is the best in town. One pho is easily two meals for me.

It would be nice if people would wear full hair nets and not baseball hats. Good thing I decided to eat my food outside, with the poor lighting inside I wouldn't been able to see the hair tangled up in the rice. I was given a fresh new rice bowl but at this point there's no way in hell I'd eat anything from this place. My dog did like though but then again my dog eats poop....

I ordered food from this place.Took a bite of my spring roll with chicken and noticed it had a funny texture and aftertaste. I looked at the chicken completely raw. The chicken was pink. I had also ordered some chicken tacos so I started to look through the tacos before eating them concerned about whether or not it was going to be raw. It was raw chicken in the taco as well, but I found an unpleasant surprise while I was checking the tacos. It was littered with black short hair plethora of black hair sprinkled throughout one of the tacos. It was not only disgusting, vile and Unsettling to realize that I had just taken a bite of this food. I’m not one to leave many reviews, but I have never in my life experience such a disgusting situation. Orlando is full of really nice restaurants that offer safe edible and hair free fully cooked food I would recommend you go anywhere else
