The worst Pho I’ve ever eaten. Don’t recommend this restaurant

My fav go-to for some quick pho or a rice bowl. Eaten here at least 20 times. The service is quick, portions are generous, attendants are kind and knowledgeable, and the food is BOMB! I typically take it to-go, but there is some no-frills seating in the restaurant.

The Vegan iced coffee was perfect and we were blown away by the seasoning on the tofu for the vegan noodle salad. We tried both kinds of tofu offered for the vegan pho but didn't think we would get the breaded tofu next time. The broth was amazing on its own but definitely add all the greens served on the side to flavor the tofu and noodles.

Called to confirm my order placed via UberEats order for 6 Spicy Noms. The lady informed me that they would only be willing to give me 3. I asked if I could pay for additional she informed me that I’d have to go to the store in person. I asked if I could pay for 2 drinks over the app & instead of them giving the drinks they could just provide the sauce. She informed me that I couldn’t do that & had to come to the store only. I asked to speak to a manger, she told me there isn’t a manager that could speak with me. She talked to another girl & explained the reason for my call & I heard the other girl say “make sure you don’t give him the sauce”. This sucks tbh been ordering 2 bowls everyday for the past month for me and my wife, yet we are only limited to 3 sauces despite spending $50+ per order. Guess I’ll have to find a new restaurant to order from since they can’t provide extra sauce, maybe Panda Express?
