Great Service , i come in the early mornings around 4 am and get some lattes for my coworkers and I, everything is made on time. Btw Nicole makes those quesadillas on point!

Ever since they disrespected Bridget and she is no longer here this Wawa went beyond a Awa. This place sucks. People need to stop supporting this Wawa. I only come here when needed but those 7-11 hotdogs sound really good after waiting in that line. Yes I’m typing on location.

I would like to thank the employees of this Wawa location, if not the management even more so for providing free condiments readily on management permission. This permission was just revoked today. I would like to thank a manager either named Sherry or Berry for refuting another employee, an Italian lady, and providing permission to use crackers and other condiments without purchase. A make manager revoked this today when I asked him at the price counter. Thank you again for the kindness shown during the time of your charity. Let us all please recognize the love and kindness shown by the staff at this Wawa. Every single staff member, even the Italian woman mentioned previously, is a fantastic person worthy of all the recognition in the world for the work they do. They even let me use their restroom free of charge as well. This was done despite their sign stating otherwise. Please flood these kind people, who work at a gas station open 24-hours-a-day, with kind reviews. Them, and peopleike them really deserve it!
I hate writing terrible reviews, but this rightfully deserves one from me. I have been a loyal customer to this Wawa for quite a few years and have never had issues until recently. This evening I went there to get gas for my car and get me a drink. Upon entering I grabbed my drink and as I walked up to the register no one was there and I saw an associate with dark hair behind another counter getting a delivery order ready. Out of curiosity I asked her if that lane was open and she said rudely "that lane is open over there!" pointing at the one with no associate ready to greet me. I brushed it off and waited for her to get done with her business to attend to me. I put $10 on a pump and bought me an Arizona Sweet Tea. Went to go pump my car with gas and the pump showed that it only had Premium gas available. I went back inside to see if they could switch my pump to a different pump. Upon receiving my request she refused to change my pump to a different one and told me that I would get my money back on my card. The problem was this has happened not once, but TWICE! Last time I never got my money back for the failed attempt of getting gas. I politely explained this to her and she insisted that I contact corporate. She called her manager over at this time. The manager was an older lady of a different nationality. I tried to kindly explain my situation to her and asked if she could put my $10 on a different pump, but to no avail. She refused to do that for me even as I showed her my funds haven't returned to my bank account. I could have made a scene but I have higher values so I told her you know what, have a nice day, and walked out. I will NEVER be coming back here to this location ever again! I went to another nearby Wawa and had NO ISSUES getting my regular gas. Many times I have gone to this Wawa in the past and they have had shortages on pumps of other gas than premium, but this level of service has never happened to me until recently. You are essentially taking my money and refusing to give me the product that I paid for! This is terrible customer service and until this changes you'll never see me here again!

I placed an order today, which was an online order, where I requested a tuna panini and a drink, which was a caramel cookies and cream smoothie. I paid for it through the app. Then, this person who works in the area of making drinks, smoothies, made me wait 30 minutes there because he had the drink hidden, and I couldn't see that he had finished preparing it. When I approached to ask if he had the order, he told me that he processed his orders as they came. He made me wait about a minute more and then asked for my order number, and that was when he realized he practically had it hidden.
I come here often to get drinks. They're always super fast and the coffee is so much more affordable than Starbucks (and better, imo). The self-checkout is very convenient as welL!

The food sucks to begin with but waiting forever for it every single time is crazy. The employees move in slow motion and would rather talk to each other instead of making the food. The management in this place is useless!

Every time I’ve ordered food here (maybe three times) it has been made incorrectly. Sad since it’s the closest to my home. Was ordered with no tomatoes, but instead they gave me no lettuce and the dressing was missing. Other times my iced coffee was made wrong. Just unfortunate.
