It's very rare I go to Wendy's. Now I know why. I just waited 17 plus minutes for a fish sandwich with chese. I finally get to the window and pay for my food, and literally had to wait another 6 minutes. That's almost a half hour. Then I get my food which is ice cold and wrong. So I walk inside to fix the situation and the girl walks away from me while Im explaining and yells to another employee with her palm pointing to my face saying Im rude.
