Do not come this fast food chain cuz there mobile order sucks, card reader doesn't Read your card .how do I know cuz I almost didn't get my order since in wasn't in system but it took my money .also they got my order wrong so this place worst place get Wendy's in this area

Actually they didn't mean to serve a one-star. They do not take care of the customer so walk in I weighed 30 minutes and finally asked for my money back. The acting manager didn't even know how to do that without making a phone call. Another customer was calling the corporate office. Another lady just ordered fries and she had to be at work at 1:30, they finally gave her her french fries at 1:27. She was there about a half an hour also. The guy at the register also handled the money and would grab the food. Very unprofessional. In my opinion it should be shut down. Nobody I noticed was wearing gloves.

Normal atmosphere for a Wendy's. All the self-serve kiosks were down. The only one to take orders was also in the back making fries. They need to staff enough people to serve the customers. I finally just left without ordering.

Ordered a ranch chicken wrap. They gave me a tortilla that was so old; it was breaking apart. I had ordered it because wraps are easier to eat while driving. That was a real letdown. It lowered my service rating because a human had to decide it was okay to give that to me.

Horrible experience! I order a simple number1 and lady tells me to wait by door . Then she proceeds to bring me a bag with just a burger . Granted this was lady that took my order when I ask her wheres the rest of my order she replies “theres alot going on back there ! I felt so bad i said im simply gonna leave and she replies are u sure ? Ok ! No professionalism no sence of awareness and zero customer service . I hope this place gets some real management that takes ownership and accountability.
