Went thru drive thru to get the Wednesday meal for my daughter and I. My daughter asked if she could get barbecue sauce incase she didn’t like the secret sauce , so kindly, I asked the girl at the window if I could please get barbecue sauce and the next thing you know the manager behind her says I can’t wait till we start charging for barbecue sauce as if we did something wrong to her. She seemed rude and overwhelmed as the drive-through line was long. That was very unprofessional of her as a manager. She should’ve kept that comment to herself. I gave the service one star because of her. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve gave the young lady at the window five stars.

Getting as bad as burger king. Of course they want you to pay top dollar for your food and took out the only 2 plugs for charging your phone.

This has been my favorite Wendy’s for years, but unfortunately, the new AI system is the worst. It gets my order wrong every single time — the amazing team at Wendy’s always corrects it when I get to the window.

BUT, due to the inconvenience of the AI system and the fact that it has gotten my order wrong 5/5 times — I have to give them only 3 stars.

Hours are listed as open until 2am. Placed mobile orders around 11:35pm and arrived at 12:20. All orders were cancelled upon us arriving as the store was “closing” for the night. No explanation on how our orders would be refunded just that they would be and that we were out of luck for the night.

This location has gotten my order wrong for the last time. I asked for no onions on my burger. Not only did they put onions on it, they stack them higher than the meat. I feel like they went out of their way to ruin my burger.

What a disappointment.
Our bill was $29.
First at drive thru the recorder was aggravating.
Recorder butted in while we were ordering.
So when we got to the window the order wasnt complete.
Ordered a salad..I said ranch dressing.
Got the order and said is ranch in the bag. Yes he said.
Got home vingerette.
Hamburger order...bun completely cold and french fries not fresh. Wendys is going downhill with the others!

I just left this Wendy’s and the young lady came to the window and asked me how was my day and her name I think was Anna. I told her I had left my job and having a bad day and the manager and her gave me a free chocolate frosty as a way to make my day I want to say thank you so so much and I will continue to patronize this business

Best Wendy’s on this side of town. Staff is friendly. I love that AI takes the orders at the drive through.
