I went here on Tuesday December 23 and the service is slow and one worker looks like she doesnât know what sheâs doing with her AirPod in one ear and the headset in the other. She got my order wrong many times, Iâve been here for almost an hour and people In front still havenât gotten their food

We go to this location quite often. Yesterday when in there early afternoon and now they have kiosk to order. We are seventy four years old and don't do those machines very well. My husband asked the young lady if she could take our order She had to get approval from the manager who was not happy. She came over to open the register for the young girl. And we said thank you in no response. We ordered bacon on our sandwich which we did not get. When we told the young lady we ordered bacon the manager said it would be extra. I didn't pay 3.00 for a piece of bacon half the size of my finger. I didn't say anything. I thanked the youn lady for her help and the manager turns around rapidly and said what did she say. This manager has no personality and will not be returning back to that location. I'll go down the road to mcdonald's next time

Drive thru with automation is not good, and drive thru takes forever at this location
Went thru drive thru to get the Wednesday meal for my daughter and I. My daughter asked if she could get barbecue sauce incase she didnât like the secret sauce , so kindly, I asked the girl at the window if I could please get barbecue sauce and the next thing you know the manager behind her says I canât wait till we start charging for barbecue sauce as if we did something wrong to her. She seemed rude and overwhelmed as the drive-through line was long. That was very unprofessional of her as a manager. She shouldâve kept that comment to herself. I gave the service one star because of her. If it wasnât for her, I wouldâve gave the young lady at the window five stars.

This has been my favorite Wendyâs for years, but unfortunately, the new AI system is the worst. It gets my order wrong every single time â the amazing team at Wendyâs always corrects it when I get to the window.
BUT, due to the inconvenience of the AI system and the fact that it has gotten my order wrong 5/5 times â I have to give them only 3 stars.

Hours are listed as open until 2am. Placed mobile orders around 11:35pm and arrived at 12:20. All orders were cancelled upon us arriving as the store was âclosingâ for the night. No explanation on how our orders would be refunded just that they would be and that we were out of luck for the night.
