I went in for breakfast because I had been fasting for blood work and I had two images that I had done as well. What I thought was going to be me grabbing something quickly before I called my Lyft ended up being 20 minutes due to their ordering kiosk Not functioning properly. I tried two different machines and nothing. I asked one of the staff to assist me and she kept saying she was signed out to give her a minute. It took her quite a while to assist me and all the while I’m standing on a cane for the duration. At this point, I was just ready to just leave, but I really needed to eat something so I sit down and wait. Finally, two staff members assist me and I eventually get my order. No compensation, no 5% off, no five dollars off, nothing for the inconvenience. It’s OK to have the ordering kiosk, but make sure you have a customer service rep as an option as well.

Once again I tried to go to wendy's to get a large frosty. Gotta frosty, and I'm large cup with a large top on it.And the top had nothing in it.Why don't they just give you a flat lid?So that you think you got what you paid for.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this Wendy’s prior to writing this review. The first being I watched their staff duck and hide while they were still open late night to avoid taking a new customer. The last more recent event I was actually able to get my food though I had a long wait for it. They put a disgusting and I mean disgusting amount of mayo in my sandwich to the point it was inedible until I scraped it off. Would never go to this location again.

The girl working couldn't even put her phone down long enough to do anything. She took my order and cashed me out bagged my food and gave me the worst service ever all one handed and talking on the phone. And my fries were stale

The Night shift manager that worked 06/26/25 Was very rude gave me a crumbled up receipt My order was not correct the sweet and sour sauce was not in the bag So we initially walked to the window to inform them what happened She told my nephews whom are teenagers that they had to be in the car they got in the car with me and we drove to the window. She then said we had to drive all the way around when we get there she was very rude.i asked for her name and I didn't get a response. To me customer service and the way you handle a customer is ideal to retain quality service and business. I felt like I inconvenienced her when it was me that was inconvenienced. I normally give good ratings and give praise for good customer service but this by far was the worst ever. It all could of been resolved if she apologized and gave the missing sauce. To add fuel to the fire I asked for ranch dressing and she charged me 64 cents.

Today I was denied my FREE Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit, although the Orlando Magic hit 11 3-pointers last night vs the Heat at Kia Center. Nowhere on the promotion does it state that you need to present game ticket or even be in attendance of the event. I hate to believe in this day and age prejudice behavior amongst people in positions of power exist, but unfortunately that’s what I believe my girlfriend and I were met with when she was forced to PAY for her FREE Chicken Biscuit even after purchasing a coffee as the promotion states.

Thank you to all the Wendy's employees at the Winter Park, FL. location we are from out of town (Michigan) I'm town visiting family. We needed a quick lunch before heading out with my entire family of 10 for holiday activities. We all decided on Wendy's and I'm so glad we did! From the moment we walked in the holiday spirit was every where the atmosphere was amazing! The staff helped us choose the best meals for quality and budget friendly for all of us! And the General Manager Margaret was just amazing even though the store was jammed packed she came around and helped us set up an area and helped us with highchairs and booster seats and when our food was ready she hand delivered it to our table! Thank you Margaret and the Wendy's crew!
