I went in for breakfast because I had been fasting for blood work and I had two images that I had done as well. What I thought was going to be me grabbing something quickly before I called my Lyft ended up being 20 minutes due to their ordering kiosk Not functioning properly. I tried two different machines and nothing. I asked one of the staff to assist me and she kept saying she was signed out to give her a minute. It took her quite a while to assist me and all the while I’m standing on a cane for the duration. At this point, I was just ready to just leave, but I really needed to eat something so I sit down and wait. Finally, two staff members assist me and I eventually get my order. No compensation, no 5% off, no five dollars off, nothing for the inconvenience. It’s OK to have the ordering kiosk, but make sure you have a customer service rep as an option as well.

Once again I tried to go to wendy's to get a large frosty. Gotta frosty, and I'm large cup with a large top on it.And the top had nothing in it.Why don't they just give you a flat lid?So that you think you got what you paid for.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this Wendy’s prior to writing this review. The first being I watched their staff duck and hide while they were still open late night to avoid taking a new customer. The last more recent event I was actually able to get my food though I had a long wait for it. They put a disgusting and I mean disgusting amount of mayo in my sandwich to the point it was inedible until I scraped it off. Would never go to this location again.
