We paid $30 a yr for delivery service. Our food comes from orlando hour away. The scheduled delivery started enroute in the morning but was canceled 3 hours later via text. I had to take time to call customer service. Then it was rescheduled for later. Upon arrival it came in a paper bag that had no ice in it on arrival. It had been in someone's car for 2 1/2 hours. This company contracts out delivery and doesn't have its own drivers. Horrible first time experience.

We visited Wild Fork for the first time recently, because it was the only place that had “natural” Pork Shanks cut exactly like the recipe that we were making.The store is actually pretty cool. It’s basically a cluster of freezers containing all different types of foods, well organized and clean.Yes, everything is frozen but, the selection that they have is quite unique and broad so, I can see it as an opportunity to try more exotic or rare products.The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable.We took the time to inspect each bag and, we picked the ones with pieces that were more appropriate in size for our portions.So, depending what you’re looking for, it is advisable that you go to the store and inspect the items yourself.Just a like buying from a fresh butcher, not every cut of meat is the same so, even if the content weights the same, not every unit inside is identical.

Be very careful with online ordering. If you try to cancel your order at any time it will likely be denied. Even though the order hadn't shipped yet they refused to cancel my order claiming it was fulfilled and shame on me for not reading through all their terms. Buyer beware, this is one place where they will take advantage of you if you're not careful.

We went there and have continued to go. It has the best and purest meats fish etc. The meatloaf is out of this world. For those with exotic tastes they have packages of elk, bison, yak, ostrich, gater, venisen etc. The prices are very good as well.

Messed up order, promised they would fix, still waiting on my order that I paid for. Now nobody will return my calls or emails. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend. They mess up and do nothing to fix!

I purchase about 8-9 items and only one was worthy of a 10. The pork belly was about 80-85% fat. The only item we enjoyed were the beignets with hazelnut filling. I won’t venture back.

Nice place to get various frozen food including meats and vegetables. They have a good variety such as lamb, fish and steaks. Prices are good.
I love a good salmon. And they have a variety of types to choose from great prices too. The keta salmon is delicious. I paired it with the yuca fries and it makes a nice meal in the air fryer. I will definitely come back for more. It tastes fresh and no added colors or unnecessary ingredients just simple. Better than a pack of salmon I got at Aldi which was rotting. Which is why I never shop at just one or two stores. Some foods shouldn’t be bought at some places depending on what it is but anyway glad I tried Wild Fork out. Gives me hope for the food industry.

Best selection and price!! Denzel at the winter park location is awesome!! Always helpful and knowledgeable!! I arrived as he was locking the doors at 9pm and he grabbed my online order instead of turning me away.. great customer service!! Everytime i go in there, its clean and Denzel is there to offer help!! My man needs a bonus and a raise!!

The egomaniacal, narcissistic, pretentious, discriminatory store manager of both local Central Florida locations named Mickey thoroughly enjoys belittling and berating customers, employees, vendors, and potential employment candidates, and has no shame doing so to their faces. His manager does not care, and neither does corporate. This whole company operates like a pyramid scheme, wherein all they absolutely care about is if you are spending money in their stores. They don’t care about you; just your money. Avoid this company like the plague and shut this division down. WILD FORK - the timeshare of meats!

Love, love, love WildFork. Great options on frozen prepared meals, meat & fish. Awesome selection on exotics that you are unlikely to find anywhere locally.I tend to be picky especially when it comes to prepared meals, but I have been pleasantly surprised with both the taste and quality of the products.The Winter Park store staff have always been helpful with suggestions and it's a nice break from the usual.
