Cold food because no one in the restaurant wanted to ask what my name was for pickup. They just all avoided the customers. When they finally asked me my name they grabbed it from the shelf where it had been sitting since I walked in and stood directly infront of the pickup window. Never going to wing stop again I thought this one would be better than the cassleberry location but they’re both terrible.

This place is garbage. The only reason I am rating this place 2 stars is because the wing flavors were actually kinda good. I came here at 6:50, ordered 3 items and had my food done at 7:41!!! That is the type of wait I expect for a seafood place or a steakhouse and when I got it the fries were stale and the Chicken Sandwich was dry. Terrible staff. When we were wondering when food would be ready at 7:20 they said 6 minutes and 7:41 it finished!!! I can’t be the only one at a restaurant who knows simple math. The atmosphere was like normal and 5 guys style with newspapers. The ambiance was the best thing there though and even that wasn’t that eye-appealing.

Absolutely amazing fast food place!! Ordered good on the app, really easy to order and great customization options. Once I finished ordering it said it would take approximately 16-21 mins for the food to be ready, I ended up getting there really early to the point it had only been 8 mins and it was already ready!! The workers were also really nice and helpful. The restaurant is also very clean and kept up and stocked with drink lids and straws ect. They also have the best soda machine with many choices and options to choose from. Overall 5/5 fast food restaurant, best wing stop I've ever been too before!

When I went inside the store I was greeted right away. John was the one who took my order and was very kind and friendly with the group I was with. The food was fast and the customer service we received from John was amazing.
