Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Waited almost 10 minutes for wings and tenders. Just received cold food. Sadly this place was pretty good! The only reason didn’t ask for the manager because they were sitting on a break. This place is not worth it!

So apparently Zaxbys doesn’t know how to do their job right. How do I order a lemon pepper chicken sandwich and their employees didn’t put literally anything on it. Where’s my sauce? lettuce? Tomato?. I mean you already charge some overpriced number for your food atleast do it right. And trust me I work in the food industry that place was dead having literally 4 customers. It makes me question how your staff of atleast equal number can’t get a single thing right. I really do genuinely appreciate ruining my first and last experience by not doing the bare minimum for the food industry. Word of advice maybe train your employees better to so they actually know what goes on each item. And trust me if your managers can’t do it, I’ll do it for them.

The chicken tenders are ridiculously small for the price. They seem to be between 1-2 oz each, and the service was lack luster, workers throwing peoples orders on shelves, a large fry appears to be about 1-2 oz of fries, and when this was brought up the manager asked for 3oz of fries which turned out to be another 1-2 oz. First disappointing experience here, would rather not return.

Literally the best place in the world. Lucas saved a guys life, best worker in the world honestly, necer met a better worker than Lucas. Our food was phenomenal, it was tasty, he gave us cookies. Look at our crispyyyyyyyy

Whatever they are advertising on TV about the big quesadillas they are fibbing big time ! They are not big at all they do not give you half of the chicken tenders they claim or advertise ! It’s done falsely , don’t waste your time or money Deceiving Deceiving just deceiving! Don’t do it , better off going to Chilis and order 3 for 10.00 big breast of chicken sandwich with fries and drink all you can eat chips and salsa ! Best deal ever and cooked when you order! Fresher more bang for your buck ! Better atmosphere, plenty of parking or you can call ahead for take out ! Chilis better not Zaxbys ! Kids are welcomed family style restaurant at Chilis , live and learn ! Better deals offered at chilis hands down ! Sorry zaxby

Is the best grilled chicken sandwich in town. Or in fast food period. A very healthy alternative - the grilled chicken sandwich with zaxby sauce and pickles only is my favorite healthy choice..

these people suck, don’t know how to order stuff to have in stock. no bacon and they don’t have working machines or listen when you order so i didn’t get everything i ordered.

Not everyone that gives a compliment is a bad person. To be kind is a great thing this world needs. That situation made my experience unpleasant.

Didn’t like the quesadilla. I got the chicken bacon ranch. Barely any bacon on it and is just as much as a meal you get with fries

They used to have amazing chicken and salads. Quality has gone way down and prices have gone way up. Chicken is dry, small, chewy and flavorless. They can't seem to get the sauces right. And are out of items frequently. Absolute shame to see one of my favorite chains turn into something worthless.
