Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

It has been a few years since I have eaten at a Zaxby's so do not know if the brand is still relevant. The highlight was the Tongue Torch sauce and the customer service.

There is nothing "big" about the Big Zax Meal. Small, lukewarm portion overall and surprisingly undersized chicken tenders compared to their competitors. Taste was mediocre but elevated by their signature sauces.

Better options within a 1 mile radius.

Worst one ever! Ever time I come here it's ALWAYS A PROBLEM! I request fresh toast and it's soggy. Fries with no salt, I get my order with
have salt on them. I ask for fresh wings, they tell me they just came up 5 minutes ago but they were cold. I shouldn't have to go to another store just to get fresh food!

I don't think this location has the ability to get an order right. If you don't ask for a fork you won't get one. It comes with sauce nope not in the bag again and again and again.. Plus park and wait with no one behind you. Chic Filet no more Zaxbys horrible service

I was leaving Costco and turned wrong . Past zaxbys and stopped in to try the chicken. Chick-fil-A was closed for remodel. I will stop again. Very good, not cheap.

La'Mere was super friendly, with a pleasant demeanor. He even brought our food to the table when it was ready and then checked on us again to make sure everything was good. Food and service was great. Thank you.

Why the heck did the portions become drastically insane the past few months???? I ordered a big zax meal and it literally looked like a kids meal???? Barely any fries??? Chicken cut in half?? Higher price!

Could of posted this a long time ago but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt so you guys really need to start giving people the correct portion sizes and the need to weighed out individually for example cheddar bits are hella inconsistent you pay 6$! You should get way more then 3 little bites which is what I’ve gotten these past 3 times and fries portions as well a large should be a LARGE NOT A REGULAR. Management needs to get it together over there and start FOCUSING ON PORTION SIZES and PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK WHAT FOOD GOES OUT! RIDICULOUS

The staff at this location are the rudest I've ever seen! I went through the drive-thru and the cashier spilled all 3 of my drinks on me because she was too lazy to put the lids on then had the nerve to roll her eyes. When another young lady came to the window with my food I asked the manger be made aware of how careless she was. She caught attitude with me, said she is the manager and she said it was an accident because the lids are loose. It took everything in me not to want address her like one of my children. Kids managing kids is never a good idea. Seeing all the negative reviews about the staff at this location shows the establishment is without management. POOR
