Horrible service, they did NOT provide Veterans discount as per the manager of this restaurant and did not provide the roast beef sandwich as advertised online. Server tried to offer me French fries as the only meal option. This is a disgrace to our Vetetans and this manager lacks common courtesy for our Veterans. Total garbage excuse and this restaurant at this location will NEVER get my patronage again because of this.

Nothing irritates me more than to pick up a takeaway order after a long, hard day of work, and get home, and it’s wrong, or missing items!! I ordered dinner today, and my husbands A’Jue sauce didn’t come with his sandwich. Please check the receipt and bag to make sure the customer gets everything! Pisses me off to come home and get yelled at for the incompetence! How hard is it?!

I placed an online order, waited inside for over 30 minutes while the crew stood around doing nothing. The restaurant was not busy, as no one was inside. They finally made a few parts of my order just to leave them on the heater. I did not know putting COLD SODA drinks on the heater as well is acceptable at this location?? Absolutely ridiculous and will not be coming back to this location!
