Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Very sad that this location closed. We always loved visiting for frozen treats. Maybe another location in Winter Springs will open in the near future. Their strawberry shortcake Sunday was my favorite thing to order.You excellent service and ice cream will be missed.

Haven’t been in a while… went tonight and got my regular… cotton candy explosion. It just tasted like Ice cream that has been in the freezer too long, with that tacky texture… the pop rocks were not popping… it was just BAD!

The ice cream is still great but the service and staff are not. Considering there are so many other ice cream options in Orlando I would not return here.

None of the special flavors available, tastes like store bought ice cream, and they have poor customer service.

Great location!!!!! We came down from Ocala to get our yearly Birthday cake and we are glad we chose this Brusters!!! Gentleman that helped us yesterday was Great and very helpful!! Highly recommend this location and will return next year and probably earlier when we are in the Orlando area. Thank you again you have a return customer!!!

Customer service here was above average and the ice cream is something I have to recommend to anybody who has yet to experience such a divine taste from their ice cream!

The staff were very nice and the service was fast , they let you try before u buy so that you’re happy with the ice cream flavor. The ice cream is on top of this world !!! everything was delicious, we sat outside and had a wonderful time with the kids. Cant wait to come back 10/10 recommend .

Purchased they number one and number two for myself and my two grandchildren today. The hotdogs were OK but the french fries were cooked in rancid oil it wasn’t until after I left the parking lot and grabbed a couple from the bag when I realized it and was too far away to go back. I did place a call and spoke to a Carmen who is the manager. She said no one else has complained. And that she would check the oil. Rancid oil has a distinct smell and flavor. A well run kitchen knows when the oil was last changed and the fryer last cleaned. So eat one fry before you leave!

Very good and pleasant service, we got the pop rock icream cone and a cup, one of the best icream we've had. Then got a pint to go.

I wish that I could give this place NO stars! My husband and I went here on Sunday after a long weekend to treat ourselves. We ordered the BROWNIE keyword being BROWNIE Sundae and they gave us regular sundae’s with some fudge and whipped cream. When we confronted the MANAGER about it she said that we would have to pay the difference since their cashier only rung us up for the sloppy ? ice cream. IKYFL! This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I cannot WAIT UNTIL TWISTEE TREATS OPENS and hopefully shuts this place down!

WOW... Carmen was wonderful Such a delight! I had a hot dog with kraut, that was hot & fresh, Followed up with Mint Chocolate Chip cone. The scoop was very big & the flavor was fabulous. Cant wait to go again!

Love their new dairy-free oat milk ice cream. I think they only have Vanilla at the moment, but it's super delicious. One of the best vanilla ice creams I've had, dairy free or not.
