I’ve only been through the drive thru. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond making exactly what I asked for. Top notch

This was one of the worst Burger King experiences I've ever had...
I tried to give them a second chance and the second visit was even worse than the first. The food was so bad it went in the trash can. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich and onion rings. The chicken sandwich was hard dried out and definitely room temperature at best. The onion rings had obviously been cooked hours before. The food was pure trash. I wouldn't even give it to my dog... Truth! Very disappointed, especially since this is so close to my house. Never again.

Late night crew says no words. No hello. No thank you. Silence. Expressionless and closes down early. When do you want a shake? At night, why shut down so early? Sad. Waited 15 min in drive through.

Wow. it doesn't matter what Burger King i go to, the drive through is incredibly slow. I had to leave, Burger King ain't all that to be sitting waiting in line. Someone from headquarters needs to call chick fil-a and ask how they do their drive through.

Mom and I first visited this location at noon during the rush lunch, and we were instantly surprised to find a parking lot not only clean but also landscape nicely done .
We were greeted immediately upon entering and found that all the employees were busy but still found the time to make you feel welcome.
The entire dining area was spotlessly clean, and the food was service was fast and correctly made to our order. The entire meal was delicious and served hot.
The bathrooms were just like the dining area.
Clean and not smelling like bathrooms.
To the manager of the day and to all the employees.
Great job 👏
The other Burger King locations should take notes because you guys got it right.

The food was ok, weird drive through with big drops. And we waited for 10 plus mins.

Friendly employees
They don't do well at lunch time getting the food out once ordered. At least 8 people came in after us and were served before us. It took 20 minutes to finally get our food and that was standing up at the counter staring at them. We asked to speak to the manager who never appeared. Once we finished our lunch we went back to the counter to ask to speak to the manager. He was a 20 something kid who had no answers as to why our meal wasn't made until 20 minutes went by. I know it's not the end of the world, but it leaves a bad taste in your mouth for this particular burger king, and eats into your lunch break. The app would have been a better route.

I never write reviews and I hardly get upset but the staff was so incredibly rude that it warrants a review. First of all there was a girl that took our order through the drive thru that was annoyed and gave us attitude the whole time, she was annoyed at us for repeating our order back to her to then get the order wrong. Very ironic. Then I went inside to get the missing item and she taps one of the card readers and walks away?? like i don’t know if that is suppose to signal for me to pay or she wanted me to read her mind without saying anything but i tell her I am just waiting for my mocha and she says with attitude “ok well you have to pay for it” I then say ok i don’t have a problem paying but you have to tell me i can’t just read your mind. I gave her the same attitude back and then her manager immediately comes to defend her like if I did something wrong??? On top of everything she lies to the manager saying I was mad because she was busy and wasn’t talking to me in the drive through. She knew exactly why I was upset, cause of her attitude and then when I returned the energy back she hid behind the manager making me feel like I was aggressive and starting stuff when in reality the staff does not know how to talk to people and are incredibly rude. I do not have a problem with someone being short with me because they are busy, but I do have a problem with unnecessary attitude. There needs to be an attitude adjustment from all the employees.

I'm disabled. I drove my mobility scooter for a drive thru order. They refused to take my order at the drive thru telling me twice I had to come in to place my order. I left without purchasing anything.
