CAO Bakery & Cafe is considered the best Cuban bakery in Central Florida, a wonderful and authentic Cuban food spot. It is an affordable hidden gem in Winter Springs and Seminole County. The food is delicious, super fresh, and homemade, with phenomenal bakery desserts and plenty of bakery choices. Guests recommend the guava pastries, Señorita Chocolate, Dulce De Leche pastries, croquetas, and steak and eggs. The coffee is on point. The space is decorated beautifully with great ambiance; it is cute, clean, and comfortable, though some note it is more like a cafeteria. The staff is friendly, helpful, and provides exceptional and great customer service. It is a top choice for breakfast and highly recommended.
