They used to be good but now they are always out of a bunch of ingredients the last 6 times I have been. Especially the “mains” as they call them.
It gets chaotic because everyone is waiting and the bowls get mixed up. They must have asked me which bowl is mine at least 5 times.
They tried to up-charge me for lamb, but it was the only choice I had because I was tired of waiting.

We have given this location chance after chance to prove us wrong, but this is the worst location I have ever visited. For the last 6 months they have disappointed with every order. They are constantly out of menu items. Our delivery orders are always wrong. I can’t count how many times my chips weren’t placed in the bag. Even when i go to pick up I have to ask them for missing items. One time we were given all rice in our greens&grains bowls. Our order last night was the last straw. Our rice was hard and undercooked, one bowl was missing toppings, and no chips were provided as we had ordered. We’re done with this location and will be going to others where our experiences have been consistently better.

What happened tonight at cava on redbug Rd?? We ordered two bowls, two kids meals and extra pita chips. Didn't get the chips, didn't even get pita for that matter. There were no greens in both bowls. 1/6/2026
