The drive thru design of this location is awful and sloooooowwwww. The employees are working hard and sweet. But they are fighting a losing battle against the inefficient design. I truly dread going to this location. I hope Chick Fil-A HQ realizes their mistake with this design and doesn't do it anymore.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. I used the mobile ordering feature today for the first time and was impressed with the ease of placing the order and picking it up. Plus it was speedy and fresh! Today we tried the wrap versus a sandwich and it was delicious and we'll put together. Overall 5 star review!

Service has really fallen off since this CFA has gotten this new building. Sure, it's bigger and nicer, but the crew CANNOT get it together, even with simple orders. We almost always get parked for something really dumb with our order now.

I came to Chick-fil-A expecting a quick meal but was very disappointed by the drive-thru service. At least three people were trying to locate my order, and they still couldn’t find it using my name or car description. Eventually, they asked me to pull over because it was taking too long and traffic was backing up.

It turns out my food had been given to someone else by mistake. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for a sandwich and mac and cheese. I had to show proof that my credit card was charged just to convince them I actually placed an order, and even then, they didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

The old Chick-fil-A I knew would have remade my meal in a heartbeat without needing to see my credit card history, and would have offered something like a coupon or even a cookie for the trouble.

I did like the food, but this experience really fell short of my expectations.

I usually have great experiences at Chick-fil-A, and even so this was one of the better Chick-fil-As I've ever been to. The staff was incredibly kind, super attentive, and you could tell that they worked really well together. Things seemed really harmonious, even at a very busy time of day. Kudos to the managers, especially Mr. Chauncey, they were outstanding to watch interact with the staff! The store was also incredibly clean, tastefully decorated for the holiday, the rest rooms were pristine, and the staff checked up on me several times to all of I needed refills, sauces, etc. For a fast food experience to feel like a hotel restaurant is unusual in the BEST way.

This store definitely improving. I received poor customer service a few weeks ago and the drive thru was a mess. I went last week since it's so close to my home and notice alot of new faces. A very polite funny young man named Collin took care of us. Also, a nice young lady with brown hair whose name I forget was very helpful and kind too. I think they are finally getting to the standards I'm used to when going to a chick fil a.

This location has two drive thru, one for mobile and the other regular drive thru. Pointless as they will allow anyone to get in line and skip the regular line, making it take 3 times as long. So inefficient. So disappointing chick fil a!
