This store definitely improving. I received poor customer service a few weeks ago and the drive thru was a mess. I went last week since it's so close to my home and notice alot of new faces. A very polite funny young man named Collin took care of us. Also, a nice young lady with brown hair whose name I forget was very helpful and kind too. I think they are finally getting to the standards I'm used to when going to a chick fil a.

This location has two drive thru, one for mobile and the other regular drive thru. Pointless as they will allow anyone to get in line and skip the regular line, making it take 3 times as long. So inefficient. So disappointing chick fil a!

The food tasted good the price you pay and that you get it's not worth it. The service not knowing this location waiting in the wrong line and then they wouldn't take a order and told her to get the other line Let Me Wait there and then they got order wrong. The atmosphere very hostile by the customers and by the fact that the individuals taking your order turned us away. Told to go to another area and place order. Long time to get our order done. It took 4 or 5 times to get order correct. Young lady on the other side of the speaker was talking over me when I'm trying to place an order. I'm sure people have very very positive experience with this Chick-fil-A it's just that myself and the guess that was with me we did not.

This is my go to chick fil a and it never disappoints except for today. We ordered 2 spicy chicken biscuits and the chicken was very flat and it was all breading.

Food is good cause it’s Chik-fil-a. The facility is quite nice cause it’s new. Service not great as it has an extremely slow drive thru despite it not being busy at all right now at 4pm. The wait was plenty long enough to write this review. Will update food rating if the food was actually not the usual Chik-fil-a standard.
