You guys are always so awesome and such a Blessing to our community. This particular visit was awesome. We did an online order and picked it up in the drive through. Today is my son's 12th Birthday and I asked if they do anything special for Birthdays. The sweet man said hold on one second I got you and came back with a 5 story tall building of a soft serve ice cream cone. It was a very nice treat for my Birthday boy and something to behold. Thank you guys so much! We eat at your location once a week and sometimes twice a week. We have never had a bad experience. May God Bless each of you!
Honestly feel like the service lately has gone down here. Every once in a while they forget something in the bag. Think this one really takes the cake. First time I've had the whole chicken missing out the sandwich. Even got the bacon in there ! Customer service was nice enough to comp my meal thru the app and request a refund.

DO NOT order from this location at lunch time if you're using DoorDash or UberEats... you know, when you'd usually want to eat Chick-Fil-A. The order will not make it's way to you. Instead, you will have to go through the process of speaking with support staff to get your money back - AND SKIP LUNCH WHILE YOU'RE AT IT.
In my opinion if you have not ever been to Chick Fila maybe skip this one. I wasn't sure about what was on the menu and therefor what I had to order was greatly limited. I never knew that they had milkshakes etc until I went to a different one with a coworker. Overall I would say the waffle fries tasted better then the chicken sandwich but what do I know ?

I just picked up my order and the transaction number is 3976. There was a long hair on the salad and under the chicken strip order. This is disgusting. I am very disappointed. This never happened before in any chickfilas. It was a large order and no one wants to eat which is normal. Contacted with them and they thanked me for the feedback. Spent $60 on nothing and got disgusted on the top of it. No MORE CHICKFILA EVER AGAIN! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!
