I got the orange chicken for lunch yesterday. Put it in the fridge and went to finish it off today. I couldn’t cut through the chicken. It was like a rock. Finally I got through it and decided to investigate.. I ran it under cold water and it dissolved.. it’s not real food!! It looks like some breaded ball of goo!

The food was also bad — cold and tasteless. I do not recommend this place at all. They really need to improve both their customer service and food quality.

The person taking the orders is extremely rude, 0 customer service…the orange chicken was literally left over chk with a thick brown sauce….the rice was not good either…never again I will post a picture of a good/normal orange chk and trust me THIS PIC IS NOT FROM NEW CHINA WOK!!! just an example of how it should be cooked!!😡

I have ordered from here for years. Spending lots of money, but today is the last time I order!! I ordered Egg Fu Young and pork fried rice for my wife and me. When my wife got home, she opened the food and I got the wrong order. When I called the restaurant to complain, the lady that took my order had the nerve to argue with me that this is what I ordered. With so much money I spend there, she had the nerve to tell me I have to pay the difference between the wrong order and Food I know I ordered! Not even an apology or a come get the food you said you ordered! Some customer service!! I guess it’s all about them making money and NOT Customer satisfaction!! Disgusted And disappointed!!

I was generous and gave this place a 3/5 because some of the food was solid. But the service was very, VERY bad. Some of the worst I’ve seen. Specifically the woman taking orders was extremely rude (I try to give people the benefit of the doubt because we all have our bad days, but she was borderline hostile).
Some positives: the location is very convenient. The hot and sour soup was tasty (nice & spicy) with good veggies but skimpy on the protein vs most places. The pork fried rice was solid, although also skimpy on the pork. The chicken wings were cooked nicely but they were not really flavorful so be prepared to add some kind of sauce or seasoning to your taste.
Overall, this is an okay option if time and convenience are your priority and you need a solid meal fast - and don’t mind (possibly) dealing with some surly staff if the woman we dealt with takes your order. But if you have other options available, I would go elsewhere.

Quick delivery, food arrived hot. Order: Steak on a stick x 2. Flavorful and above expectations. 4.5 Beef lo Mien large. 1lb of brown noodles, 5oz of brown meat. Tasteless, bland and greasy. 0.5 Teriyaki chicken large. 1lb of mixed vegetables, 5 oz of chopped chicken. Zero taste, zero seasoning. 0.5 Boneless BBQ ribs large. Nice sized portion, decent taste. Floppy, greasy and floating in sauce 1.5 I would highly recommend against ordering food from this establishment.

I ordered Orange Chicken, Vegetable Mei Fun, Krab Rangoon… I really hate to leave bad reviews but this food was disgusting for lack of better words. The orange chicken didn’t taste like chicken at all. If someone tenderized fat and put sauce on it, is what I can describe it as. It was under cooked. Mei Fun taste old and dirty. Krab Rangoon was weird. The food wasn’t fresh at all.
Food is always good, and they have it ready quickly. Our go-to for takeout.

Believe the bad reviews. Just bit into a crab rangoon and pulled out a long piece of plastic. Truly disgusting. The Szechuan Beef Combo was 80% veggies which tasted off. The pork fried rice is bland but salvageable with soy sauce.
