I ordered online from this chipotle 10 minutes prior to the pickup time. Once I arrived I saw my order completed on the counter behind the register and not on the pickup shelf available to customers. I waited another 10 minutes inside before they even acknowledged me. My food was now lukewarm but still had good flavor. I am disappointed in my local chipotle.

Everyone in this location is amazing and friendly, except Angelina, she has waited on me many times, and at first I thought maybe she's having a bad day, but everytime I came in she still was rude, short, and it felt like she didn't want to be there. One of the really friendly guys was just fired recently from this location, which is wild to me because they have this girl with a nasty attitude still behind the counter, representing the brand to guests, y'all chose the wrong one to get rid of. I'd ask for her schedule just so I knew when NOT to come in. It's a shame because everyone else is super nice.

Employee Mary gave me double chicken when I didnt ask for it, charged me 20$ for a bowl, and was bad mouthing multiple employees in spanish to a spanish manager in front of customers when on line. Totally unprofessional and high school behavior from the spanish speaking staff. Most tables were dirty and the manager was yelling
around the store while just walking around doing nothing.
