I order from here about 1-2 times a month. I always order ahead and pick up in the drive thru lane. The employees are very nice when they greet me at the window. Lately I’ve been getting the red chimichurri sauce because I really like it, but they always toss it haphazardly in the bag so when I open it everything is covered in oil. I always get a side of chips and they are stale about 50% of the time, which seems to be a Chipotle standard at any location. Only one time my order was incorrect, but all it was is they forgot to put salsa on it. Not ideal but not the end of the world. My portion sizes are always acceptable for me. Overall I have no issues with this location. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews.

This is the second time I’ve gone to this Chipotle location that’s advertised to close at 11:00 PM, only to find the line already broken down hours before closing. The first time, I arrived around 9:00 PM and everything was already put away. This time, I went even earlier—8:24 PM—and the situation was exactly the same.
I specifically went in for the agua frescas, but they were already emptied out and cleaned up. The entire kitchen looked like it was closing down and ready to leave for the night. So whatever food they’re serving after 8:00 PM appears to just be leftovers from earlier in the day.
When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that “upper management wants us out by 10:30 PM.” I pointed out that it was only 8:30 PM, two and a half hours before their posted closing time, and he had nothing else to say.
To make matters worse, the last time we came in, the rice was mushy and overly salty, which just added to the disappointment.
It’s extremely frustrating and misleading for customers to see the store listed as open until 11:00 PM when, in reality, it’s effectively shut down hours earlier. If the store plans to close early, that should be reflected on Google and their website instead of wasting people’s time. This is hands down the worst chipotle I’ve been to.

Dakota is an outstanding manager. He is always positive, welcoming, and committed to providing excellent service every time. His professionalism and strong work ethic truly stand out, and it’s clear he and his team take great pride in running this location so smoothly. Jayden also helped me with my pickup during this visit, and I really appreciated his attentiveness and great attitude. I always look forward to coming here because the experience is consistently quick, pleasant, and the food is always 10/10.

I redeemed points for chips and guacamole and never got it. I tried calling the restaurant and troubleshooting with help line and got no results. This is the second time that you take my points and don’t give me the product.if you are not going to give me the product then give me my points back. This is bad business.

Asked for a steak quesadilla, but they said they only make kids quesadillas in the restaurant. Then they said I could order a normal one online for this store and they could make it, but that quesadillas were not on their menu in store. They were not very busy, about 8 people working, and nobody in line behind me. I asked why I couldn't order one and they said it was like fifty cent more or something, but they couldn't just charge me more or just make the Quesadilla and not worry about fifty cent. I got a burrito instead, it was not that good. The food was fine, it's just a bland place to me, the family all enjoyed it. But I found out the steak quesadilla is really good compared to the other items on the menu so it stinks that they were not able to just easily accommodate a customer paying for a whole family on something so small. I didn't care if I had to pay more... They need better customer service and employees that feel empowered to help customers, not follow silly rules.

I genuinely don’t understand why this Chipotle location stays open past 11 PM when they clearly stop caring about service after 10. By the time I arrived, they were already breaking down the line, and what I received was clearly just leftover scraps — cold, dry, and thrown together with zero care.

To make matters worse, there were cleaning chemicals and supplies on the same food line as my order was being prepared. The strong smell of bleach as they handled my food is not only unappetizing — it’s a major health code violation. This is absolutely unacceptable.

After picking up my burrito, I sat outside on the patio to eat — something that takes me all of 10 minutes — and was interrupted by staff telling me the dining area was closed. This was at 10:20 PM. The lack of professionalism, attention to basic cleanliness standards, and overall customer service at this location is truly the worst I’ve experienced.

I will not be returning to this location and strongly advise others to steer clear — especially late at night. You’re better off going anywhere else.
