Clara's thanks for making such a beautiful cake for our daughters cocktail party. They delivered it on time and even set it up. The cake was exactly like the picture and so delicious. They did an exceptional job. I highly recommend Clara's for any of your baking needs.

Ordered a birthday cake for 8-10ppl with dulce leche filling, and fruit on top.The baker recommended meringue icing. When I got there the box was tapped shut and I snuck a peak inside and looked okay, icing maybe a little runny so I asked her if she thinks it would be okay for a 25 min drive because it was very hot out. I would have gone to a gas station and gotten a styrofoam cooler and ice to keep the cake cool but she said it would be fine. After I got home, I took the tape off the sides and I was so disappointed to see that the icing melted and some of the fruit has run off the cake. The fruit is wet on top and to be honest the decoration was really disappointing. Not only are the slices very minimal but they are not cut well. A $40 cake, I should’ve just gone with Publix. My mom felt so bad because a friend of her recommended Clara’s bakery. Maybe this was a one off but if you live far and it’s hot out, I would not recommend a meringue cake with fruit. After I called her and told her, all she could say is “idk what to tell you, I’m sorry…” no offer for money back.Update: Even after putting the cake in the fridge until guest arrived the meringue continued to melt and all the fruit was off the cake. Taste was grainy and cake just didn’t taste great. I feel sorry for my husband who was really looking forward to this.

Martha did an amazing job with my fiancé's 30th surprise birthday cake. She is truly an angel, that left us all speechless. The original baker canceled my order without my knowledge. Then one day before my event I found Clara's Bakery on my drive home, I stopped by to just take my chances thinking that no one would be able to make the cake in LESS than 24 hours. Martha immediately asked to see a picture of the cake I wanted and was completely honest about what she can and can not do on such a short notice. I was so incredibly happy that was willing to make the cake and I was willing to accept any size for it. She did exactly what I wanted and more. She is someone I will always recommend and use for future events. She deserves a 10/5 rating honestly.

New to the area so I thought I’d stop in. So weird... NOTHING in the display cases, no one came to help me, place was dusty and dirty. No sign of life. I got a weird creepy feeling and got out of there. Can’t believe they do any business there. No products for sale at all.

Loved Thomas the Train cake, for my kids birthday!!! I was a but skeptical as how the cake might come out, when checking, who can make a custom cake for my kid's 4th day. I was amazed at Martha's perfection on getting it to what I expected. We ordered a marble flavor and it tasted good. Everyone at the party loved it. Would definitely recommend whoever would want to go for a custom cake.
