Every time I come here, my order is either incorrect or just done poorly. I come to this Dunkin' because it's convenient for me and usually the food is at least decent but today it was just so dry and made incorrectly. The sausage was overcooked & dry and my english muffin was not cooked plus the wrong cheese was on it. Of course, it's Dunkin so it's not like I expect 5 star food so I put in a complaint on the app and got my money back. Even though all of this is true, the staff is ALWAYS so nice and they all have excellent attitudes!

Have been to this location numerous times since it is easy and close by haven’t had many issue but I feel as if staff is getting lazy I ordered a large ice coffee they give me a medium I ask for the right size and I watch the young lady pour my medium coffee into a large cup and just add ice and told me she remade it into a large. Another instance is I try to order a plain bagel with cream cheese. It was rung up wrong 3 times we get the order it’s the wrong bagel I ask to get the right one and they give me the wrong order again then the next time the staff gave up and gave me a side of cream cheese and do it myself because they can’t make a PLAIN CREAM CHEESE BAGEL

Fired me by not scheduling me for some unknown reason. Just a heads up, the teenagers there don't wash their hands, and they constantly vape. Sorry to hear about who ever had their card stolen and 300$ spent. New hires must be a nightmare.

I went yesterday through the drive through (8-22-2024 at 8:45AM) - they shoed me away so fast after they gave me my food I felt so rushed and confused that I didn’t realize they didn’t give me my card back. I then had multiple fraudulent charges on my card by the afternoon. Bank flagged it and I got my money back but they charged over $300 on it. Definitely will be going to Starbucks from here on out. Seems like they have higher standards on who they employ.

We live about ten minutes from this location. We went through the drive-thru, and needed to add one more thing on at the window but were told we could not do it at the window. We proceeded to go inside, where it took about ten to twenty minutes to get helped because there were only two people working this morning. It should not take twenty, almost thirty minutes to be helped. If this location had more people working and scheduled, it would help this location and it's service.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but there is one employee here who is very unpleasant and continues to get our order incorrect almost every time I come through. We waited on him for almost a full hour for one sandwich today. I don’t want to be a Karen at all, but this dunkin can be very frustrating.
