I literally came to this dunkin everyday. Impressed that my drink was consistently made the same no matter who made it in the morning. Well standards have been lowered. Not to mention not the best customer service lately either. Just rude.. God forbid you need something corrected here..
also turning off the option of mobile orders on Monday, where customers can get 100 extra points is kind of shiesty too

Caitlin and the other girls are so professional and friendly, while giving us fast and great service. Our orders are always perfect. Noticed, however, today a very rude customer, even to the point, I was getting annoyed, they, however, handled it , while it took extra time, not being their fault, still showing great customer service. Impressive. Great Team !!!

I placed an order for an egg and cheese sandwich and 2 donuts and when I got my home and looked in the bags I got 4 donuts and no sandwich. This place doesn’t care about making sure things correct. This isn’t the first time.
