I ordered a white chocolate raspberry latte for myself and a small black coffee for my husband. When I scanned my rewards, the barista cheerfully asked if I wanted to use my birthday drink and applied it without asking which drink it should go on.
When I immediately clarified that the latte was my drink and asked to apply the birthday reward to it, I was told it was “already done” and couldn’t be changed — even though nothing had been made yet. The reward ended up covering a plain black coffee instead.
This could have been avoided with a simple question before applying the reward. If you’re using rewards here, be very specific up front — they will not fix it after. We have been a couple times and typically so nice and helpful. It is a treat to stop. I was left so disappointed and kind of scammed today.

Wow I stopped off of 417 to go to Starbucks but I saw this place first stopped in and it was so glad I did coffee was great and the sandwich was epic. This is probably the closest thing to a European coffee shop don't do anything in this world stop going to Starbucks and start going to this place coffee is so good add a white mocha and a ham sandwich for like 13 bucks and in reality it probably should have been worth 35 bucks at the train corporate horrible restaurants !! Hope you guys can come to Melbourne we need a good coffee shop!
