Normally, I have a pleasant experience at firehouse but the past few times I’ve gone have me more disappointed than a father upset with his son for coming home late from a party on a school night. There was about four people in the entire establishment with two employees working. We ordered 2 subs and waited close to 30 minutes. This is wild and you better believe I won’t be returning.

The last two times we have been to this location the service has been horribly slow. Today was by far the worst. It took nearly 40 mins to get our food. There was only one person making orders and it was not even busy. There was a lack of urgency or care from the one employee actually working. Very frustrating.

Hot subs, good service, use the app and there’s no wait.
Service was very slow. Two people working, but one was struggling to do 2/3 to 3/4 of the work. I really felt sorry for him. He was nice. Place wasn't busy at all, but what few customers were there waited a long time. Guy trying to clean raised the broom up over the food prep area. Tables were dirty.

Friendly, clean, great food
6/26/25. Not today! The bathroom is filthy. The restaurant was not great. The restaurant has such a terrible smell in it. We had to wait outside. Things have not improved. They’ve actually gotten sadly not great. The staff was friendly. But I look for cleanliness in a restaurant that preparing my food! And the stench from whatever work was going on. Yikes! Right at lunchtime? Really?

Austin and Eric were awesome!!! Extremely kind with amazing attitudes and work ethic you cant find anywhere else! Amazing first time at firehouse subs. Restaurant is also very clean.

Don’t go at night very bad atsmosphere and the cooker don’t even want to deal with you and they are just thinking in leave work early. I went to eat at 8:30pm and the atmosphere were very bad like they didn’t wanted me there, I try to order the sandwich how I usually order it and the cooker just didn’t wanted to do it just become yes, even that I told him that is how I usually order the sandwich. Terrible service if I could give 0 stars would do it.

So frustrating. We frequent here throughout the year and when we go in, the subs are correct. When we order through Uber eats or order online, the subs are more often than not, incorrect. Two subs tonight should have been identical. no pickles as requested, one sub made correctly, but the 2nd - not cut, bread hard, missing requested toppings, and had two only two small slices of tomato on a large sub. I really enjoy Firehouse subs, but disappointed once again, especially considering the price of their subs.
Do not order from their app! When you think you are placing an order, you’ll get an error saying oops something went wrong, but the money will come out of your account and then they will not make your subs. It has happened twice the first time they actually got the order after I called in to explain what I was seeing on the app and they refresh their system and they got the order. This time they took my order over the phone told me they would work on it. I would just have to show them what I’m seeing from my bank account. Which we did and they refuse to make the subs and I was not going to pay twice for them. Not to mention while my family member was in there, trying to pick up the food I called in and they ended up hanging up on me.
