My last review, but no longer.
Friendly, clean, great food
6/26/25. Not today! The bathroom is filthy. The restaurant was not great. The restaurant has such a terrible smell in it. We had to wait outside. Things have not improved. They’ve actually gotten sadly not great. The staff was friendly. But I look for cleanliness in a restaurant that preparing my food! And the stench from whatever work was going on. Yikes! Right at lunchtime? Really?

Austin and Eric were awesome!!! Extremely kind with amazing attitudes and work ethic you cant find anywhere else! Amazing first time at firehouse subs. Restaurant is also very clean.

Don’t go at night very bad atsmosphere and the cooker don’t even want to deal with you and they are just thinking in leave work early. I went to eat at 8:30pm and the atmosphere were very bad like they didn’t wanted me there, I try to order the sandwich how I usually order it and the cooker just didn’t wanted to do it just become yes, even that I told him that is how I usually order the sandwich. Terrible service if I could give 0 stars would do it.

So frustrating. We frequent here throughout the year and when we go in, the subs are correct. When we order through Uber eats or order online, the subs are more often than not, incorrect. Two subs tonight should have been identical. no pickles as requested, one sub made correctly, but the 2nd - not cut, bread hard, missing requested toppings, and had two only two small slices of tomato on a large sub. I really enjoy Firehouse subs, but disappointed once again, especially considering the price of their subs.

Do not order from their app! When you think you are placing an order, you’ll get an error saying oops something went wrong, but the money will come out of your account and then they will not make your subs. It has happened twice the first time they actually got the order after I called in to explain what I was seeing on the app and they refresh their system and they got the order. This time they took my order over the phone told me they would work on it. I would just have to show them what I’m seeing from my bank account. Which we did and they refuse to make the subs and I was not going to pay twice for them. Not to mention while my family member was in there, trying to pick up the food I called in and they ended up hanging up on me.

Upon entering was acknowledged by staff but subsequently ignored. I can see one staff member texting in her phone. No one was in the front of the store making food. No one came out to ask for my order. Won’t eat here again.

I order chicken Phillies no mayo and they put mayo on them and I especially say no mayo please beware next time

Im thoroughly disappointed in the subs I ordered today. I was looking forward to it cause I saw an add for 50% off your first app order. Figured I’d give it a shot. I guess I missed the fine print that said you also get 50% less of the sub. Im laughing at these miserable attempts of sub creation. Do you guys get off knowing you served a sub with as little on it as possible. I looked you all in the eyes today as I picked up my food and expressed how much I was looking forward to these. These were basically bread sandwiches. Quit being so frugal with your servings. This would have been $40 worth of subs, I’m pissed that I even paid $20 for them with how much I barely tasted these. You guys are a corporate chain. The whole firefighter thing is nonsense, you just want bigger margins. I won’t be coming back here.

We ordered online and when we got home, we noticed that one of our orders was missing. I had to go back and even though I explained the item was missing in my order, I was given an attitude and no apology! Also, they kept on wanting to charge me again even though I explained 3x that I already paid for it! I asked if I could have an accommodation but their customer service is awful! I won’t go back to this location!!

Always hot and made quickly even when they are slammed they manage to make your food in a timely manner. Thank you Firehouse!
