Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, my girlfriend, my youngest son and I visited First Watch on Redbug Lake Rd in Winter Springs for my Birthday brunch, and I wanted to say we had a wonderful time. Although my girlfriend has visited several times before at a different location it was mine and my son's first time visiting First Watch, and we are super impressed. The food was very fresh and delicious and the presentation of our order was amazing. Our Server Jazlyn was very informative and helpful and she went above and beyond in her service to our needs. Afterwards the Manager Rick was also very kind and helped us out when buying goodies to take home. I highly recommend First Watch especially the one on Redbug Lake Rd in the Publix shopping center in Winter Springs, Florida.

We ordered a small orange juice and they filled the cup up halfway. When we asked them to fill the cup, the two girls were rude and refused to help. It’s a small cup…..why would you not fill it up?

We were so excited to have a First Watch five minutes from us. We eat at many different locations and having one so close was great, so we thought. The food is always good no matter which First Watch we go to. As a company, I would say you have the most consistently prepared food across the company as any restaurant gets. With that kind of good training in the kitchen it is service that does the most to distinguish each location. The service at this location is sub standard. I'm sure not everyone is bad but out of the four or five times we have been there we had poor service all but once. I have noticed the place is near empty our last couple of trips and increasingly dirty looking. I've never seen a manager which is a big red flag, especially when service is so poor. At other locations a manager can usually be seen helping out front or greeting guests. Today we ate at the First Watch on Mitchell Hammock, where we used to go before this one was built and the service was much better. We have decided that even though it is several miles further away it is worth the trip. We wont be back to this one for a long time or ever.

Went here for my friend’s birthday a couple Wednesdays ago and we had an amazing time. Since it was a weekday there weren’t many people in there and our waitress, Cassidy was PHENOMENAL. She was polite and personable and even wished my friend a happy birthday ? She did such a great job we had to let the GM Mark know and he was also very friendly.
I had the seasonal pumpkin pancakes ? and my friend had the seasonal brussel sprout hash dish with salmon instead of bacon and she said it was delicious.
We’ll be returning to this location!

I love the food options there. I always prefer healthy options and there were plenty of choices. The atmosphere was pretty peaceful, even though they were quite busy.

Staff have an attitude. Food was cold, potatoes burnt to a crisp. Better breakfast served at a Wawa or any drive thru. Manager asked the general insincere "how was everything" but didn't even respond to my issue. Just stood there. This was my third time and each time was same issue. Not returning.

Changing my 5 star review to 3 star. Not first time I got bad to go food. I called they won’t refund over phone or store. I have to now drive 30 to 45 min round trip to get a re make of my food. Def don’t order the Bacado they don’t know how to cook it correctly ever. Arrived at restaurant and got an alternative dish ate it in my car and the quinoa was burnt, and there was no sausage as it was supposed to be in my dish ??♂️. If it were not for the kind manager, I would’ve definitely left a more bitter taste in my mouth.

We love the food so much but the Winter Springs and Oviedo location has high metal ceilings with no sound dampening so it's always too loud when these restaurants are 1/2 full. It's too bad because it ruins the experience. The Winter Park location is so much nicer and worth the drive for us.
