So I haven't been to a Five guys in a long time, but I figured I was right here in the plaza and I would go ahead and order something... I paid over 13 bucks for a bag of lukewarm lightly salted fries and a completely plain little Burger because I did not know that I had to tell him, the young cashier, that I also wanted toppings, and instead of asking me the question whether or not I want a toppings, which is probably what they should be trained to do if a burger is coming out plain, they just rang up the burger and took the money.
The issue isn't in the food or the location it's in their management teaching their cashiers how to properly take an order.

Came in late at night close to closing and had a great time. I’ve been to five guys many times and it’s one of my favorite chain restaurants. The customer service that Kevin showed us made my day after a long day at work and the food was good as ever. The milkshakes were on point and the fries were banging.

Food was greasy. The way the burger is wrapped taking it home lessens the quality as it is completely sealed and steams the bun making it all soggy. Ordered a large fry and with all the hype expected there to be some fries in the bag with a large order, but there were so few = ( also super pricy.

Burgers are good. But the patty melt is on bun that is turned inside out and grilled. This is not advertised that way. The fries were good, except there was so much salt poured over them, they were barely edible.

I'm just really disappointed in the service I just received regarding an issue I had with my recent order. I ordered a chocolate shake and received a melted warm cup of now chocolate milk like shake. I called and talked with a manager who said it's a known issue with their chocolate shakes and said she couldn't refund me that Uber would yet Uber won't because it's a temperature issue. I just paid $7.00 for an item they know they have an issue with, and they still have it as an option on the website for delivery. I wouldn't have ordered it if they disclosed this information. I order food all of the time, and it's delicious and no issues. Now I have an issue no one will resolve it appropriately. The manager didn't even offer a replacement. So disappointed.

Good morning, I am a delivery person for DoorDash and Grubhub. Every time I go to pick up a delivery, I weigh a bag because the bag is made of paper. It has happened several times that when I take the bag to the customer's door, it gets scratched because of the oil. Now there is a dictionary that does not show the name. I was the only one wearing a black shirt and a black cap. He no longer lets me take plastic bags because he said it was a rule. So far, everything is fine. Now I asked for the paper bag. He did not let me take it either. He talked about how he is the one in charge of the store. He almost attacked me. I said I would call the manager, and he said that he is the manager and that I can do whatever I want. I would like you to make an exception. You can watch the cameras on this one to see what happened. Even the other employee was scared of him. This type of employee is better not to have in the store.
