came here a few years back and it was pretty good, just called the place asking basic questions like how much it would cost for a party of 4 and the young lady on the phone had such a nasty attitude and mocked me then hung up. not sure if that’s who i’d have answering the phone at my business.

Ive been coming here almost every week for at least a year now, if not longer. The staff has never been anything but sweet and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and its easy to come in and eat comfortably by yourself or with company. I haven't found a better place for sushi or hibachi thus far. Their portions are generous and it always tastes fresh, their rolls are packed and the hibachi never disappoints. Sometimes I have nightmares that I walk in and my sushi guys and my waitress no longer work there and I wake up in a cold sweat. I look forward to being a regular here for many more years

Honestly, I hate that I have to give this restaurant even one star just to leave a review slow service slow everything, waited a damn an hour for my order service is way too slow food looked not made with care … never returning here again

This place is horrible stay away the food they serve taste like freezer burn

I would never return to this restaurant.
I called to place a takeout order, but the person who answered couldn’t hear me because of the noise around them. They hung up the phone without confirming my order, without saying goodbye, or even mentioning how long it would take.
They got my order wrong, and I realized it just as I was about to pay. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to fix it. Then the manager came out with my order in hand, seemingly upset that they had to remake it.
They seriously need to improve their ordering system — it’s not the customer’s fault if the noise in the restaurant makes it hard for the staff to hear.

Sushi is my favorite kind of food and I’ve been to soooo many spots in the Orlando area and I can say that this is my favorite. The service is always great, the manager is kind, the food is to die for. I always recommend this place to people and have taken at least 5 or 6 of my friends here and they all loved it as well. The pricing is also really good and even when I order a lot of appetizers and rolls I feel like my total isn’t as much as I thought it would be. LOVEEEEEEE this restaurant!!!!

This review is for a visit that was 2 months ago. I have been here a few times before and things were good. However, the last time I was there the place did not seem clean and the food was not fresh. I ordered tempura and it tasted like it was made the day before. My wife ordered the katsu and she thought it was terrible. Anyway, maybe it was an off day but I will never come back here.

Paid $37 for Lobster and Shrimp and the portions were small. Small portion of rice. 5 pieces of shrimp! And small lobster tail. I had no leftovers. Portions were small for value for money and usually there are a lot of leftovers. Poor communication about the wait for seating. I am right handed, server was left handed and placed everything on the left and I had to move everything over to my right and when you are serving someone, it’s serving graces to put everything on the right.

I recommend they give a timeline for wait e.g if they are waiting until 6 or 5:45pm. Server asks which side is best to put food and the chef ensures more rice than enough. I was alone with a group of others celebrating but still felt sidelined. Paying $35 for a plate should give you more than 5 pieces of shrimp
