Great Itallian ice the flavors are on point! Open both lanes! The girls is this location are a bit sarcastic and are always talking smack about other patrons. It's not the Winter Park experience! Go there for nice people. The smell of milk that has turned greets you when you roll down your window. The drive through needed a good wash down.

The gelatis are always great, but the service is equally hit or miss with the girls not delivering what we request.Additionally, I found it off-putting to hear such catchy music outside while hearing rap with explicit language as I stood at the walkup window. How sad.

The service is so nice, and the treats are obviously yummy, but they run out of stock so much and so frequently. It makes it hard to order from here unless you go at an inopportune time. I would think the franchise owner needs to purchase more product to sell - and they absolutely would. It puts the staff in a bad position too, it must be so annoying to have to constantly say "we're sold out" of XYZ.
