The best subs bar none! Fast, friendly service and delicious đ
No issues, friendly staff and great food!
Excellent. Glad we were able to go on JMâs Giving Day.
Staff didnât acknowledge us or offer any service. We placed an online order and wanted additional items but couldnât get it. Store was empty but fully staffed
placed online order and they act like I was invisible when I came inside had to ask to be help check the cameras around 245pm 3/14/25!!!!
Requested a very simple request by asking to put the oil and vinegar on the side and in the bag for the few subs.. âI got youâ âno problemâ was the response, not even one oil n vinegar was in the bag, simply was trying to avoid the bread being saturated and soggy.

Who is managing this place? You got two workers and a room full of waiting people staring at them struggling miserably. This is pathetic. Pick up time said 6:07 still here 20 minutes later nowhere near receiving my sub. Get your staff some help. This is pathetic
Fast and friendly service. They were open the day before Hurricane Milton, making sure everyone that was trying to get food before hunkering down for the storm got what they wanted. Truly appreciate their positive attitude despite working when many places were already shut down, supporting their community. Thank you!

Went here to pick up dinner but no parking anywhere. Terrible location. Couldnât give this company my money because they have no place to park my car in their crowded shopping mall. Itâs the only location nearby but I may as well not have one, because there is never any parking. So 1 star review for choosing bad location to do business, I havenât gotten to try the food.

The sandwich i got was limp, ingredients didn't taste as fresh as any of the other JM locations I've visited, and the bread was kind of gross. The employees were nice and got my food to me quickly, but I dont think they were given the materials to make an excellent sandwich, through no fault of their own.
Management needs to step up and have higher standards for the ingredients they use.

Came in to try a sub from Jersey Mike's for the first time yesterday (Saturday) morning. I am normally a fan of Firehouse and Publix, but was close by and figured I'd try it out. I ordered the cheese steak sub, and it was delicious! Hot and ready, made in front of me, and received excellent customer service! The gentleman taking my order (I believe his name was Regan) was friendly and knowledgeable, and made the experience even better. Would recommend.

3/23 @ ~5:30pmOne employees customer service was sub par at best.1. Order a sub and make it a meal.2. Miscommunication results in meal being rang up and paid for with a bottle of soda instead of a preferred fountain drink.3. Cost of Bottled Soda: $2.794. Cost of Fountain Drink $2.495. Realizing it after I paid extra and havenât even taken the bottle out of the fridge, I kindly ask to just grab a cup for fountain drink instead of going and taking a bottle from the fridge.6. Not asking for money back or anything, simply wanted a cup for a fountain drink instead (which costs your company less money than bottled).7. Employee refuses, says he already rang it up that way and he canât give me a cup instead, end result was me paying for a 2nd drink so I could have the drink I wanted.Your employees lack of customer satisfaction now results in both my girlfriend and I (who spend ~$3-400+ per year at your establishment) discontinuing all future visits. For owners reference to better their business, employee had a Spanish appearance.A taller gentleman who initially addressed us in making our subs was friendly, funny, informative, and overall seemed excellent.Further, my girl and I were the only two in the restaurant, not busy at all, yet your garbage was overflowing and I had to push it down to make the trash fit. Another point indicating your cashier who wasnât doing anything useful the entire time we ate just flat out doesnât care about the success of your business.

I'm no food safety inspector but I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to go back and forth from making subs to the register and back without changing your gloves. Ick factor. Watched it happen time and time again as I was waiting for my hot sub. Glad I got a hot one where there cook isn't going from making my food to handling the register and money with the same dirty gloves. Do better guys.

Jersey Mike's is an absolute MUST if you like subs, while I do also enjoy Firehouse as well for the unique flavors, Jersey Mike's subs are fresh, they have their own identity and flavor profile and complete our craving between the two restaurants. Don't settle for a Pub Sub or Subway, you deserve better!
Parking: Haven't had an issue finding a spot yet!
Wheelchair accessibility: Door is plenty wide and in the ground level.
