Realizing it after I paid extra and haven’t even taken the bottle out of the fridge, I kindly ask to just grab a cup for fountain drink instead of going and taking a bottle from the fridge.6. Not asking for money back or anything, simply wanted a cup for a fountain drink instead (which costs your company less money than bottled).7. Employee refuses, says he already rang it up that way and he can’t give me a cup instead, end result was me paying for a 2nd drink so I could have the drink I wanted.Your employees lack of customer satisfaction now results in both my girlfriend and I (who spend ~$3-400+ per year at your establishment) discontinuing all future visits.For owners reference to better their business, employee had a Spanish appearance.A taller gentleman who initially addressed us in making our subs was friendly, funny, informative, and overall seemed excellent.Further, my girl and I were the only two in the restaurant, not busy at all, yet your garbage was overflowing and I had to push it down to make the trash fit. Another point indicating your cashier who wasn’t doing anything useful the entire time we ate just flat out doesn’t care about the success of your business.

I'm no food safety inspector but I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to go back and forth from making subs to the register and back without changing your gloves. Ick factor. Watched it happen time and time again as I was waiting for my hot sub. Glad I got a hot one where there cook isn't going from making my food to handling the register and money with the same dirty gloves. Do better guys.

Jersey Mike's is an absolute MUST if you like subs, while I do also enjoy Firehouse as well for the unique flavors, Jersey Mike's subs are fresh, they have their own identity and flavor profile and complete our craving between the two restaurants. Don't settle for a Pub Sub or Subway, you deserve better!Parking: Haven't had an issue finding a spot yet!Wheelchair accessibility: Door is plenty wide and in the ground level.

This location doesn't represent the Jersey Mike's brand well. Not sure if it's individual owned or with the franchise but this location is dirty to say the least. In on visit I seen them use ONE rag to clean everything up. The same female who works the cash register cut sandwiches and she had one glove on and one glove off and when I brought it to a manager attention he justified the behavior. I know we live in a time where people don't care and a job is a job but food poisoning is a real thing and so are law suits.

This establishment seemed nice at first glance, however the last two times here I witnessed a manager waving a rag over the sandwich as the team members were making them. The last and finale time here I witnessed cross contamination where the same manager who her face looked like a pepperoni pizza stand behind a team member scared him so badly that he wiped the knife with a rag that I seen go from hand to hand wiping down counters and handles with food particles in and cut the sandwich with. What a VERY unsanitary establishment that I will no longer frequent!

The sub sandwiches are good, and there is plenty of delicious ingredients in each sandwich. Also the staff is very courteous and helpful. I recommend Jersey Mike's for a delicious sub sandwich for eating in or taking out.

The crew is continuously keeping this brand on top. Love the energy, sandwiches and flow between the staff. I enjoyed the sub and all the trimmings!
The staff is very efficient. I came in with a 5-sub order, and the team handled it in a very organized manner. They also know how to prioritize the line of customers. I didn't feel like I was holding up anyone behind me.Get your sub "Mike's Way" (lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, oregano). Your hands may get oily, but it will be delicious and still taste fresh and healthy - not heavy and greasy.As far as categories of subs, I put JM's in the soft bread category (as opposed to the hard bread category, in which Publix ranks #1).

Of all the sub places available, Mike's stands out for their variety, quality and taste, Love their chicken philly. Service is fast and efficient and the value is a good one. They do have a few tables to dine in but most of the time we order and pick up.

FANTASTIC! If you've never had one, just GO. Definitely delicious, freshly cut to each order meats, cheese, not from a bag! Toppings are also cut in store. Choose; various breads, wraps or bowls. They have a "special" topping, it's excellent. I was a die-hard Publix sub person, not any more. Jersey Mike's Italian Sub is awesome! My 86 y/o Mom told us about them 3 months ago. We've had1/week since then. CrAzY, huh, nope, it's that Good. Customer service is Outstanding, the shop is very clean. You can earn points towards free food! I'm very impressed with Jersey Mike's and very highly recommend them.
