In a 30 minute time span, this McDonald’s messed up ( 5 ) times with me between getting my order wrong, fixed incorrectly “twice” and not giving me back my FULL refund and attempted to only give me half of my money back when I gave them ALL of my food. This place is scamming you and ripping you off. Check your order and receipt. They have also messed up my order about 4 / 5 times since beginning of Fall. You can also hear the employees shouting from inside McDonalds and into your car while in the drive thru. Talking about stuff people should not be listening to * inappropriate teenage crap and being super vulgar *. Stay at home and eat literally anything else. Saves you your time, patience and beats dealing with terrible service. I Will be following up if I don’t receive my complete refund. My order was around $24 and some how they have seemed to charge me $31 according to my bank account but have “fully refunded me” per their employees on staff tonight.

Second time in a row our curbside order has been forgotten about and also missing food and customer service has been rude and/or non existent. The last 1.5 to 2 years this location has been excellent but recently, under new management, there has been a massive drop off . I’ll give a place a second chance but not interested in a third. Five guys is right down the road.
I got into an accident right in front of this location, and they gave me a free vanilla shake. Was absolutely the best part of my night. Thank you to the lady working and friends, i wish i caught your names 🤍

Me and my daughter Love the Big Mac!! Was so delicious!!! My husband and our son ate the chicken sandwich meal. Excellent Service.

The service is really bad!
We encourage our daughter to talk with the service person which stand in front of the register. My daughter wants a honey cup, she queued up very politely, when it was her turn,she repeated“excuse me” and waved her hand a lot of times! But some service person passed her! Even nobody look at her!! When my husband walked in, the person responded right away!
I can’t believe this is the culture for McDonald!! Every kids likes McDonald but the service person really gave my daughter a hard time and bad experience!!

Requested freshly made burger and fries and end up getting not freshly made ones. They need some English lesson to understand what you request. Not the new drive-through guys fault. He was going a great job!

The quality of the food has been bad over the past year, especially later around dinner time. Today I just had to laugh, I bought some food on the app, had 2 cheeseburgers in the bag for later on my lunch break at work. I had buns, pickles, ketchup, cheese & mustard…. No meat! Guys at my job were laughing and I had to laugh. I’ll make that little extra drive to the Tuskawilla location when I want Mickey D’s.

We went to this location today, I went to the kiosk first, it was down, I went to another, looked at the value menu, and was so disgusted by your inflation that I refused to spend my money with you today and I went elsewhere for food. My boyfriend got a chicken sandwich that was cold, the meat was much smaller than the bun, and it just generally wasn't good. Employees and the manager didn't make eye contact with customers, just handing the food aggressively to the next customer. The atmosphere is closer to a prison than it should be. What the heck happened?! I was born and raised in Winter Springs, I remember when this store opened, I went to WSHS and had friends that worked here....it was fun for them...they smiled, there was color in your store, there were toys and happy kids and playgrounds. The building is now a depressing gray, the play place it just tables, the kiosks have replaced smiling teenagers, and the food quality and portions have shrunk almost as much as the prices have risen. Your food isn't even nutritious, I went home and grilled chicken, corn, and roasted potatoes instead of feeding myself when I was hungry. Not because I didn't have money to spend with you but because I'm not going to spend THAT much on junk. Know your place, you're fast food, not a dine-in restaurant. Chinese food has better nutritional content and it's cheaper. Stop being so greedy, pay your people, drop your prices, and improve your quality by cutting CEO and upper management salaries. Shareholders shouldn't matter more than your customers.
