This McDonald’s is always busy, but it’s clear they’re severely understaffed. The biggest issue is cleanliness—tables were covered in trash and leftover food, and no one seemed available to clean them. It’s frustrating because the mess isn’t necessarily the staff’s fault; they just don’t have enough help. Management really needs to address the staffing issue if they want the store to stay clean and welcoming.

When I pulled in to the curb side pickup, it was not raining. I can't fit my van in the drive thru. All of a sudden it started to pour rain. The person who delivered the food said why didn't you go through the drive thru. Well my van is almost 10 feet high. You would think a place with curbside pickup you would have umbrellas or possibly a rain jacket. And not say something to a customer. Or just put up a sign if it's raining go to Wendy's. I mean give me a break.

Absolutely avoid this store. Drive up the street to the one on Tuskawilla rd. A hamburger happy meal is $2.99 at the tuskawilla store not 2 miles from this store, here its $5.49. Everything is insanely overpriced compared to other local McDonald's. 20 piece mcnuggets is almost $4 more expensive here vs Tuskawilla store. Theres absolutely no justifying these huge price differences.

Horrible costumer service and slow service took 35min to get 20 nuggets and because I went inside and got it myself if not I’d still be waiting wen inside asking for my food management try to kick me out for being upset they took so long never going back to this

This particular store has been on the decline for a few years now. Ordered through the mobile app didn't receive my food but was charged for it. The manager said they were down for maintenance.

Placed mobile order, went through drive thru and was parked, 25 minutes later Ariel the district manager came to the car and asked who were are and we advised we have also been waiting almost 30 minutes to which Ariel responded don’t be rude… never brought the food out… 40 minutes later go inside and Ariel wails, “why are you doing this to me? I’m 7 workers short and I am not giving you your food, leave or I will call the police. This location has a terrible reputation and now I know why…

Kid-friendliness: Ariel did not care that my child was hungry and refused to give us our food.

I tried ordering breakfast on their little touchscreen because the staff refused to take my order. The touchscreen did not allow me to order a medium sized drink with my breakfast no matter what options I try to choose as I stand there for five minutes in MENU HELL with SLOW SOFTWARE. If this is what McDonald’s thinks is a good system, I’m never eating there again. I took a piss in their bathroom and left without ordering. By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EVEN HEARD OF.

Been going to MCDs for 60+ years, this location ranks as the lowest when it comes to customer service and friendlieness, especially "morning something" who yells at people for picking up pennies of the parking lot!

Please remind your am staff
(1-5-25)...that if your store opens at 6am...they should be ready to serve customers...AT 6AM!
Also remind your staff that being SMART ASSES WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS...IS NOT A GOOD POLICY. WON'T BE BACK.

I really wish I took a picture. But on Monday December 30th before NYE I went here to redeem a Big Mac. Well when I got home the Big Mac was missing the top bun. I look inside the bag and the bun was just chillin under a napkin. Really? It’s like someone got lazy at there job and just threw it in. This McDonald’s is so slow. And always messes up orders. Will not be going back here again

I put the app on my phone.So when I got to mcdonald's , it would be ready when I got through to drive through. I only ordered two large orders of fries, and I had to wait ten minutes. This is ridiculous that you have to wait ten minutes to get two orders of fries when you call ahead

Well I don't know what finally made the owners and manager realized their resturants was going down the drain, but lately there has been great improvement! 😊
Staff are not rude and well dressed in uniform and more competent. The food is good and most of the time hot and fresh. 👍 Good job!!!
Now they need to work on double checking and reading back the orders. My McRib was nit customized as I requested and they gave me a regular Dr. Pepper with the lid marked diet instead of my Coke. Slow down and double check the order. Thank you! 😊
