The food and the people are fine. The self service ordering kiosks have got to be the slowest, most frustrating devices I have ever used -- and I'm pretty good with tech things. What would take about 30 seconds to order the old fashioned way took about 5 minutes, mostly waiting for the device to respond.

Manager at this store is nasty. We ordered breakfast and ate in our car because we had our dog with us. She refused to refill our drink because “You did not eat IN the restaurant and went through the drive through.” Who cares where we ate? We had a receipt!

Quite honestly the worst McDonald's. Doesn't matter what time you order. They will always have you pull up beyond the pick up window or go to the parking spot to pick up your food. Makes a 5 min trip last longer than 30 min. I wish I was exaggerating. I'm currently waiting 20 min for a singular happy meal.

This lady was very rude. She was very derogatory against me. Tried to throw me out and shove me. The manager stopped her and that same lady comes out with my food and there is hair all over my burger and my fries were not fried. They were raw and my chicken nuggets Were horrible. They were already covered in multiple types of sauces and I didn’t even ask for that. And my McFlurry looks like it was made by a child and had mold and a lot of dirty. Nasty crap in it.

My nuggets were pink and my fries had no salt and if that wasn't bad enough my fanta had hair in it.

Me and my friends came a long way on our bikes to get here unfortunately when we finally got this mcdonald's my electric bike had died so we brought it in the charge it it was charging for not even five minutes before some lady came out and started screaming at us to take the bike back outside so i did.
But overall this mcdonald's is very rude and immature most of the staff are rude. Please go to the other one down the street don't waste your time or money

Everytime i come here its an issue, food is never fresh, management is rude. pulled up tonight and ordered a triple cheeseburger. Came out hard as a rock, bun, hard. cheese, hard. Absolutely ridiculous, first i threw away my money by ordering at this location secondly i literally threw away the sandwich as im not eating something thats been in a heating tray for 4 hours.
Update 2/27/24: yet another depressing experience at the Tuskawilla location. Two half filled Sundays, could've just gone to another location and ordered one single one and saved the money, gaurentee any other location would've filled it up. Issue after issue at this location, idk how they stay open at this point. Is this a franchise? If so where is the quality control, where are the owners of this clown show?, only good experience at this location is the extremely polite gentleman at the first window, hes the only good thing about this location. And i know he isn't involved in the shenanigans as hes always the one taking orders, not making them, fire everyone else.

Food is good, but their damn milkshake Machine has been broken for over 8 months now! Absolutely ridiculous!
Food is usually ok but my order is almost never right at this location. The play place closes for “maintenance” during school breaks and the ice cream machine is almost never working. Staff is usually polite. Today was so exciting for my grand kids because it was supposed to be the launch of Pokémon, both cried because they didn’t have them and staff was less than pleasant about it. We alway dine in so the kids can play especially during school breaks when they can meet up with friends. Just seems to be a disappointment of some kind every time we go these days.
Parking: Just off of a very busy street and definitely cater to drive through customers.

eff this mc donald’s got off a long day at work just wanted some fries and nuggets, get my order delivered and guess what?? no sauce whatsoever okay that’s fine i guess but the fries were absolutely disgusting every single one is coated in salt and not in a good way. i get it it’s late that’s fine but yall are 24 hours that’s not my fault. they need to do some retraining at this location.
