I'm here right now at the speaker going on 5 minutes not one person in there said anything i can see them when I drove to the window and he's looking at me as if I'm disturbing them not doing shit on the clock, quick question ya mcdonald's workers are they forcing ya to come to work and perform the job that you choose to do or what, and after 10 minutes the manager said we can't make any food because she's the only one there which was a freaking lie because I saw the gentleman there too. Mcdonald your work have no manners and the manager shouldn't be a manager.

My first time visit through the drive-thru. I waited about 5 minutes or so before I was able to place my order in the car line. It was during lunch time after 12pm so it's to be expected. Fast service, my food was already to go by the time I hit the 2nd window.

We waited an incredibly long time for the cashier to find our order. She had no clue what we had ordered and kept asking us, and more help had to come. Once we got our order, it was packaged awfully. The box with the chicken nuggets was opened and they had all fallen out

Worst McDonald's ever if i could give zero stars i would so let me start they had a very long line which was not their fault but how they handle it is they had 4 cars pull forward to wait in spots (me included) then I see 9 cars get their food and leave before the 4 cars that were first get helped i watch one lady get so mad she left without her food I waited 15 mins in the spot not including the 7or8 mins to get to the window then I get home open up my bag and low and behold my food was wrong I had 2 exact same orders and they couldn't even get that correct this McDonald's needs to close and re evaluate their staff and procedures

The absolute slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Everytime in come here I have to wait no exaggeration 10 minutes for my food. As if there was zero prep for the days demand.

I have been a McDonald’s fan my whole life - it’s basically my comfort food as an adult. This particular location is close enough to home that I can walk there, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. The last 3-4 times I’ve gotten food here, the quality has not been the McDonald’s food I am used to. Today the service wasn’t the best - the girl in drive through literally made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. Then the quality of food was probably a 2/10. The fries were not fresh at all, the McDouble also didn’t taste fresh, and the snack wrap I ordered had a very embarrassing piece of chicken on it. Then I splurged and ordered the s’mores McFlurry and there was basically no toppings in it. I didn’t even taste the graham cracker. I was really bummed with my meal. Also, just to note, it seems that their milkshake machine is always broken because I’ve been told on three separate occasions (weeks apart from one another) that they couldn’t fulfill my milkshake order because the machine was down. I hate to drive farther to another location, but I don’t want to risk spending more money on garbage food from this location.

They just need to close this location down. Extremely long, wait times even when they’re not busy. Can’t even get an iced coffee, right. Almost every time there’s something wrong with the order. Willing to drive 10 minutes out of the way to a different location. Just a horrible store.

I had to stop coming here a while back because the GM that was there at the time was rude! She was a blonde hair lady very angry. But then one day I walked in and got to meet Jackie, her photo is below, and she was so wonderful and pleasant and her smile lit up the place. Well I found out yesterday that she no longer works at this location by fellow employees. This is very disappointing to hear and I hope you get her back. Till then I won't be coming back to this location. Just a shame
